we manufactured and supply, stainless steel gratings in ss 304, 304l, 316, 316l grade materials, and in mill finish or electro polished finish
we manufacture 3 types of ss gratings
1. Press lock ss gratings
2. Grating made of wedge wire v profiles
3. Tailor made ss grating as per clients spec.
in press lock type of s.s. Gratings, both the load bearing and transverse bars are flat materials. Presslock gratings are manufactured by notching the load bearing bars and then interlocking with cross bars at very high pressure.
mainly used for filtration, separation and retention media and as column, reactor internals.
it consists of surface profiles, usually v shaped , that are resistance welded onto the support profiles. The distance between the surface profiles is controlled very accurately.
wedge wire screens has the advantages of non- clogging, high precision slot size, in surface filtration application easy cleaning by mechanical scrapping, low pressure drop and strong construction.
we manufacture the stainless steel gratings to suit the clients requirement , as per their drawing and dimensional details. In this type of gratings the load bearing members are flat bars . Transverse bars are usually round bars, flat bars, square rods, etc., then manually welded together.
Electro forged gratings are manufactured by using automatic projection welding machines. The Equal distanced load bearing bars are welded together with 6mm or 8mm twisted cross bars by electric resistance welding process.
Press locked gratings are usually made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium. However, other materials can be used if the customer so wishes. On our computer controlled production lines, the bearing bars are notched then pressed and locked with the non-attenuated cross bar at very high pressure.
This particular production method guarantees a uniform precision mesh size. The edge of the press locked gratings is banded either with T-shaped special section or flat bar. This process i.e. where the banding is welded at right angles to and flush with the grating surface is effected on an automatic bordering machine via resistance welding. For those applications in areas where there is a danger of skidding or slipping, we recommend bearing bars and cross bars in the anti-skid design.
Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating is manufactured by combining a matrix of resin and fiberglass. That makes it a composite material. Fiberglass grating does not corrode like steel gratings. That is what gives them their value. They are used in corrosive environments. They lower maintenance costs.
ResinsFRP gratings are manufactured using two resin formulations that are suitable for most of the industrial applications. Both resin systems provide superior corrosion resistance compared to metal gratings.
This resin formulation provides a flame spread rating of less than 25 according to ASTM E84norm. Gratings in this resin formulation are designed to be used in moderate corrosive environments where splashes and spills of harsh chemicals are likely. Standard color is yellow.
This resin formulation provides a flame spread rating of less than 25 according to ASTEM E84 norm. Gratings in this resin formulation are designed to be used in highly corrosive environments where the contact of harsh chemicals is frequent. Standard color is grey.

Aluminium gratings are manufactured by a high-power pressing process in which all joints are made without welding. The finished panels can be cut to size at any point without impairing the strength and rigidity. Aluminium gratings are available in heights of 20, 25, 30 and 40 mm 3/4" , 1" , 13/16" ", and 1 9/16"".
The standard panel sizes are approx.
3000x1000 mm/9'9' x 3'3'" or approx.
6000 x 1000 mm/19'6"x3'3".
