Via a strategic decision the company decided to add “Wear Plates” in it’s portfolio of products. It has setup a state of the art manufacturing facility to manufacture “Armour” wear plates.
FerroClad offers open arc and gas shielded FCAW wires for hard facing of cement mill wearing components, and cladding wires for steel mill rolls and other core sector industrial applications.
FerroClad is all set to provide abrasion resistant coating on Boiler tubes and Mill feed Cones subjected to fine particle erosion and abrasion to thickness of 1 mm to 4 mm using imported 1.6 mm FCAW alloys. A customized twin wire portable welding system suitable for workshop and on-site arc spray services is utilized by team FerroClad to provide repair service within specific shut down period of power stations and cement mill.
FerroClad is all set to enter in JV with Nascoasia Malasian company to provide exclusive monitoring and repair services to coke ovens and Glass Furnaces.
