PTFE Fittings(Polytetrafluoroethylene) a fluorocarbon-based polymer is a resin supplied in powdered form, which is mixed, preformed, and extruded into a paste, and then finally tubing.PTFE Fittingstubing can be used in a large variety of applications due to its high chemical resistance, high and low temperature capability, resistance to weathering, electrical and thermal insulation, and lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material. The fittings are translucent white in Colour.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), a strong, tough, waxy, nonflammable synthetic resin produced by the polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. Known by such trademarks as Teflon, Fluon, Hostaflon, and Polyflon, PTFE is distinguished by its slippery surface, high melting point, and resistance to attack by almost all chemicals. The chemical resistance properties of PTFE is so broad that its use is not recommended for only a limited list of chemicals. All of these fluoropolymers are generally acceptable for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications. Due to lack of additives and extreme chemical inertness these materials also qualify for ultrapure applications, such as using deionized (DI) water in the semiconductor, biological and pharmaceutical industries.

Quick Release Couplings type coupling work on Push and Pull principle. When the Adaptor is pushed to the coupler, its is accurately held by the self locking arrangement resulting in a positive & leak proof connection. This action simultaneously opens the valve & fluid flow starts. To disconnect, pull back the sleeve of the coupler, the Adaptor ejects out and the valves shut off automatically. Valves are provided in type one way sealing & two way sealing

Quick release coupling - through bore type
Bore typequick release couplingshave no check valves. These are ideal for maximum flow application. Their smooth, open bore offers the lowest pressure drop of anyquick disconnected couplingsand allows them to be through cleaned. Since there is no valves, fluid flow should be shut off before the coupling is disconnected.

Heat exchanger Ferrules and Tube Inserts
Tube inserts and Tube ferrules are a metal inserted into the end of a heat exchanger tube to provide protection to the Tube mouth ends of a shell & tube type heat exchanger. The need for this Tube Ferrule arises as all tube failures occur within the first few inches of the heat exchanger tube inlet-end. The solution to this situation is the use of a thin wall covering in form of metal tube insert expanded full length into the inlet-end of condensers and heat exchangers. FAV tube insert is designed to ensure a smooth and gentle transition of the fluid down the tube insert to the condenser or heat exchanger tube. We have Metal tube insert and Plastic/Delrin Tube Inserts.
