The differential pressure transmitter is attached to the orifice assembly, with the aid of a 3/5 Valve H-type manifold. Integral Flow Orifice Assembly comprises an orifice plate, which is attached between two integral blocks that have a corner tap. The meter-run pipe, which the Integral Flow Orifice Assembly uses, should have upstream length of 750mm & a downstream length of 250 mm. These pipes need to be welded to the integral blocks with end flange. Since the transmitter cannot take high temperature, the Integral Flow Orifice Assembly works in a process temperature that is above 120 degrees centigrade.
