Basically used to close holes from relocated vents. Available in Brass & Steel. The plug is a blind plug that closes the vent hole after a vent has been removed. Two heights (8 or10 mm) are available. Various diameters between 3 and 30 mm are available. (We can also manufacture other special order products.)

The special suitably designed and shaped clips ensure positioning and anchoring of all chaplets in any condition. These are dedicated anchoring system, purposely designed in conjunction with foundry technicians. Perfect thickness, hardness and dimension sizing ensures safe positioning and at the same time precise fusion, including of the clip.

Only used in Cold core shooter boxes. It is made of Polyoxymethylene branded as Delrin. Because of high dimensional accuracy, there is no variability in diameter and height. The Knurled shape of the cylindrical portion enabled this vent to securely adhere to the mold. The slit is set to .25 mm and the opening has a self-cleaning reverse taper.

Widely use chaplets suitable for all types of castings. The two plates of different diameter optimize the behaviour of the chaplets on the surfaces of different strength. Vemek cramped core strengthening devices allow perfect positioning. The housing does not depend on the force applied by the operator. Zig Zag / Wave type/ W vents

Super Self-cleaning vents with more cleaning area. Compared to tapered vents, Zig Zag vents releases more amount of gases, because of its zigzag nature on the solid screen. Used in both Hot and cold shooter boxes.
