We are exclusive Distributor for Nomex Filter Bags. Nomex filter bags provide depth filtration and have a high solids retention capacity. All of our Nomex Filter Bags have their outside surface singed or glazed to prevent fabric fibers from the bag getting into the clean, filtered process media.
Nomex felt has the highest melting point of all our filter bags except for PTFE filter bags, making it ideal for hot oil and other applications up to 400 F. Nomex Felt is generally compatible with most fluids except those that are strongly alkaline or strongly acidic.
Nomex Filter Bags are available with both metal and plastic sealing rings. The ring material is important not only for chemical compatibility, but also for disposal purposes. If the bag is going to be disposed of by incineration, it's important that the ring be plastic, and not metal.

PTFE tapes, sheets and films are used in a wide variety of industries including heavy electricals, electronics (for circuit boards), pumps and valves.
Stocked in thicknesses from 0.025mm to 6mm and in sheets of 75, 150, 250 and 300 square cm. It is available as virgin PTFE, mechanical grade PTFE, and can be filled with glass fiber or other materials to enhance certain properties, like hardness. All tape can be etched for bonding; etched material is stocked in standard sizes.

Admiral Trading Company has a variety of AGM grades uniquely designed for different VRLA applications and manufacturing demands. In general, AGM has the following characteristics :
Absorbency:Because AGM is highly porus ( 90-95%, @20kPa ) that can absorb more acid. Additionally it has small pore sizes to maintain electrolyte levels in the battery.
Durability:Because AGM is highly resistant to battery acid, oxidation and heat, and can maintain its shape and strength after prolonged exposure of sever environmental conditions.
Applications
AGM is the best for the retainer mat for VRLA batteries.

Slideway is a proprietary formulation of PTFE material impregnated with bronze and friction reducing additives.

How does a Slideway linear bearing system work?
By providing self-lubricating, low coefficient of friction linear bearing surface between two metal interfaces, is normally attached to the moving surface bya bonding method.
The Slideway bearing moves with the work table or tool holder along the steel or cast iron mating of the tool way. The static and dynamic friction of is nearly the same on both cast and hardened or soft steel ways.

Safety valve coated or covered with rubber or the like, suitable to be vulcanized or sealed to inflatable articles, comprising a metal cap hinged or pivoted at one end thereof, which is pressed by a resilient member against a valve seating so as to provide for a sealing until the inner pressure in the inflatable article exceeds a determined rate defined by the resilient member.

Champion Ceramic Fibre Products are manufactured by a blend of Ceramic and Organic Fibre. The different forms of Ceramic Fibre Products are:Yarn, Rope (Twisted/braided), Lagging Rope, Tubing Tape and Cloth which are all available reinforced with either glass fibre (600C) or Stainless Steel (1200C).
The ULTRA HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT Ceramic packings and textiles can be widely used under different temperature conditions, to a maximum of 1200C. These Asbestos-Free products can be widely used as a thermal insulation in multiple application industries such as STEEL, SHIP BUILDING, AEROSPACE, GLASS CHEMICAL, PETROCHEMICAL, NUCLEAR POWER, LIGHT AND HEAVY MACHINERY ETC.
SERVICE RECOMMENDATION:
The yarn is reinforced with either:

Special Springlike Metal strips are wound with an Asbestos/Asbestos-Free P.T.F.E/Grafoil Filler by a special process to assure a leakproof seal. The sealing is done by the Heat Resistant Filler and the metal strip provides the spring. This combination of metal and soft Heat Resistant Filler piles compresses to its predetermined thickness under bolting pressure and thereby prevents leakage within the limit of its specified pressure and temperature. With the addition of centering devices, "CHAMPION" Spiral Wound Gaskets can be adapted for use on many types of flanges and closures. |

This hydraulic packing is braided from soft natural fibre cotton yarn impregnated with high grade PTFE lubricant and additives. The packing has a low coefficient of friction & is resilient and flexible.
SERVICE RECOMMENDATION:
Basically the packing is designed for hydraulic applications in low and medium pressure pumps and valves handling hot and cold water, condensates, air compressors, vacuum pumps and in thermal power plants.
ZERO LEAKAGE CLEAN & EFFECTIVE
"Champion" PTFE Thread Sealant Tape, due to the special nature of the thread seal will be lasting and resistant to high temperatures and corrosive chemicals. The seal will not harden or become brittle but will remain flexible enough when the seal is opened for maintenance.
"Champion" PTFE Thread Sealant Tape can be used for various media from corrosive chemicals to water and gas to oil, in hydraulics and pneumatics.
Instructions for proper usage
Wind the tape by hand, using a constant minimal tension sufficient for the tape to take up the form of the thread. The tape should be wound in a helical fashion with a 50% overlap (as shown in the diagram) in the direction of the thread so that when the connection is completed the finishing end of the tape remains in position. The tape width should not exceed the length of the thread form.
