Flowtherm is a Fully/Semi Automatic, 3 pass, oil/gas fired packaged Thermic Fluid Heater capable of supplying process heat up to 300 C at near atmospheric pressure. As the same oil is re-circulated again between source and sinks.

Thermic Fluid Heating system is adaptable to precise temperature control.

EXPERT ENERGY SYSTEM LLP's "VENTITHERM" direct and indirect type Hot Air Generators are fully automatic and run on gas and oil. They are ideal source of obtaining hot process air for Dryers, Ovens, Spray Dryers and other similar applications.

Indirect fired have temperature limitation up to 400C. Indirect fired Hot air generators do not have any refractory and all internal parts like combustion chambers, heat exchangers are highly reliable with low thermal inertia and have virtually no maintenance.

Direct Fired VENTITHERM for the applications where contamination by carbon particles or combustion products do not matter for the product to be dried or baked ( Maximum temperature : 800 C)

Indirect Fired 'VENTITHERM for the applications where clean hot process air is required for thr drying as in food processing , paint baking or for some fine chemicals. ( Maximum temperature : 400 C )

EXPERT ENERGY SYSTEM LLP's "AQUAFLOWTHERM" series LDO / HSD, FO or Gas Fired Hot Water Generators are fully automatic. They are an ideal source for supplying process heat through suitable hot water media upto a temperature range of 90C at atmospheric pressure and upto 160C for pressurized system.

Water is low cost , eco friendly and has specific heat of one., which makes it it excellent medium for industrial heat transfer application. They are used where hot water is required in processes such as Steel Plants, Hotels, Hostels, Food processing, Textile industries, Rubber industries, etc.

Apneumatic conveying dryerare efficient, fast and easy to install. They are employed for free flowing powders, with low abrasive and non hydroscopic property. The hot conveying air is moiving in conyer's pipe, into which powder is fed through rotary feeder The powder get heated and moisture is separated along the length of conveyor and dried powder is separated in cyclone and Bag-Filter.
