Our Belt Type magnetic separator is used to separate the sponge iron from the mixture of Char & Sponge. Light magnetic properties from bauxite powder and other various minerals, fertilizers, etc.

The Belt Type magnetic separator machine incorporates two conveyor belts. One carrying the mix of raw material feed uniformly through a motorized vibrating feeder and another belt parallel to the main belt incorporates an inverted magnetic plate that attracts the iron particles which gets separated as soon as it leaves the magnetic field. Both the belts are driven by separate geared motors coupled directly to the roll. The belt speed can be decided as per the application.

The unit is designed with very sturdy construction incorporated with high-intensity strontium ferrite slab magnets or superintensity Nd-FeB rare earth magnets to achieve the application. The main benefit of the system is that the magnetic field can be adjusted by lowering/raising the magnetic plate as per the requirement.

A Permanent channel magnet is used for the removal of iron impurities from materials like rice, flair, glaze, slip (ceramic material), glass, mineral powder, slurry, chemical, liquid material, and food products that are less strongly contaminated.

Our deep reach separator is fabricated in heavy material and it is supplied fitted with a heavy-duty plate magnet. The deep reach separator comes with an open-throat & choke-free design which incorporates the safety and convenience of hinged magnets that swing out and can be taken away from the housing for safe external cleaning.

The deep reach separator resists bridging and choking to remove tramp iron and ferrous fines from flow-resistant bulk materials. Drawer magnets are used for the removal of ferrous metal. They can be simply fitted in existing pipelines or outlets of various equipment like pulverizers, blenders, & classifiers or any other outlet locations. The standard unit comprises of two permanent magnetic grids mounted one above the other. For special applications, multiple grid Drawer magnets are also available. The grids are easily removable for cleaning as the drawers are fitted with flanges at the outlet. Hump magnets are mostly used to separate ferrous metals from granules, powder, food products, and others where the flow of material is vertical. Hump Magnets generally consist of two Plate Magnets mounted in an offset housing and are installed in vertical spouts. The material falling strikes directly on the first magnet changing direction and falls over the second magnet, ensuring a clean outflow of material.

A magnetic coolant separator (magnetic dust separator) is used to separate iron dust particles from the coolant fluid. When coolant with iron impurities comes in contact with a magnetic drum, the iron particles get extracted. Our Spout Magnets are specially developed for the thorough removal of ferrous metals from materials in granular and powder form during transport through pipeline systems. These magnet systems are built into a housing that is fitted with flat flanges that, after mounting, form a single unit with the pipeline systems. Guide strips are fitted on the inside of the housing to ensure that the material to be purified is well distributed and comes into good contact with the magnet core.

Our suspension-type magnets are mainly useful for products carried by the conveyor belt.

The use of a suspension-type magnet is recommended for products with low contamination. If the frequency of the impurities is too high, the suspension-type magnet will make a layer-shunting magnetic field. It requires frequent cleaning.

The trap magnet is designed to remove ferrous tramp from liquid processing and conveying lines.

Trap magnet is also frequently used in hydraulic circuits in cooling systems. The magnetic system is built up either of anisotropic ceramic or high-intensity rare earth magnets. The magnet unit is closed in stainless steel or M.S. Housing, making it suitable for use in the chemical, paper, and ceramic industries.

The magnetic unit is easily removable from the S.S. enclosure by loosening a few quick-release fasteners. For the removal of low magnetic particles or oxidized iron, a system with High-intensity rare earth magnets is recommended.

Our wet drum separator is used to remove very fine magnetizable components from low-concentration, low-viscosity liquids. The wet drum separator is intended for use in the metal processing industry and the treatment of pre-concentrates extracted from the high gradientmagnetic filter.
