Export of Services Most of services out of the 161 tradable services, covered under WTO charter for General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), when rendered to overseas clients, by the Service Providers in India, are eligible for rewardincentives, under ‘Service Export From India’ scheme, as per the provisions made in Foreign Trade Policy (FTP).

Deemed exports deemed export refer to supply of goods within the country, for the following categories of supplies, the payment of which is received either in indian rupees or in free foreign exchange, the categories include supply of goods, manufactured in india, to 100% export oriented units (eou) and notified technology parks.

Import Licences for duty free imports of plant & machinery and for duty free imports of raw materials & components.
