We, Excel Fasteners, are an ISO 9001:2008 certified proprietary concern, established in the year 1991. Commencing production of screws and rivets with an initial capacity of 14 lakh pieces per month, we have now expanded our capacity to 60 lakh pieces per month. Our product range includes Screws and Rivets up-to 8mm in Mild Steel, Aluminium and Brass. We are well equipped to cater to the requirements of customers for development of their new products in time. From March 2004, we have expanded our operations by including press components in our product range, thus forming our Unit-II with Power Press Machines and Hydraulic Press Machines. The present capacity is around 23 Lakh Strokes per month. This Unit is continuing operations in the name of Excel Engineering Industries with effect from 14.06.2006. To keep pace with the ever changing demands and developments of the industry, we have developed sound manufacturing facility that is equipped with sophisticated machines & technology. Manned by a team of expert professionals, our unit allows us in customization of the products as per specific industry needs and clients drawings. In addition, our professionals make use of advanced quality testing instruments to ensure delivery of flawless products.
