This machine is for making round blocks continuously. These are used for Peeling rolls with very high yield. The machine is a round conveyor with independent mixing head, which takes its input from the maxfoam plant mixing head output. The machine has a high pressure TDI metering unit for fine cell foam production. The round block machine has 2 sets of blower units for blowing away the gasses.

This is a Batch Foaming machine for production of Foam blocks of various densities with a fair amount of production & can produce up to 3 to 4 tons of foam blocks a day. The machine has all the 5 components metered in a mixing barrel through pumps & solenoid valves. The machine is controlled by a highly accurate PLC & Touch screen display. The smaller version of machine is equipped with a 2 component system for metering Polyol & TDI through pumps & rest manually.
