Float & Board Type Tank Level gauge (indicator) suitable for large non – pressurized liquid storage tanks / vessels. The Specific Gravity of the fluid should be more than 0.6. Float is available in different material S.S.304/S.S.316/P.P./Teflon etc. In this level gauge, the float is design as per the specific gravity of the liquid, floating on the liquid levels. A pressure switch for sensing fluid pressure contains a capsule, bellows, Bourdon tube, diaphragm or piston element that deforms or displaces proportionally to the applied pressure. The pressure switch may be adjustable, by moving the contacts or adjusting tension in a counterbalance spring. Industrial pressure switches may have a calibrated scale and pointer to show the set point of the switch. A pressure switch will have a differential range around its setpoint in which small changes of pressure do not change the state of the contacts.

Thermowells are tubular fittings used to protect temperature sensors installed in industrial processes. A thermowell consists of a tube closed at one end and mounted in the process stream. A temperature sensor such as a thermometer, thermocouple or resistance temperature detector is inserted in the open end of the tube, which is usually in the open air outside the process piping or vessel and any thermal insulation. The process fluid transfers heat to the thermowell wall, which in turn transfers heat to the sensor. Since more mass is present, the sensor's response to process temperature changes is delayed.
