Our company started in december 2008, engaged in manufacturing, retrofitting and upgradation of variety of cnc machine tool & spms we have a team of engineers having long experience in the related field engaged in manufacturing and retrofitting a variety of machine tool. We also under take annual maintenance contract of cnc machines, servicing of cnc machines, systems, drives and accessories and supply of spares required for maintenance of the cnc machines. Promoters of the company: g.srinivasan, managing director the promoter of this company has got about 15years of experience in the same field. He has started his carrier in spm india ltd in 1994 as asst. Controls engineer, later in 1996 he continued his carrier in wellknit machine tool & automation pvt. Ltd. As project engineer later promoted to project leader he then was the promoter and partner of hytech machine tool & automation started in jan 2001, and later, reformed as “hytech machine tool & automation (india) pvt ltd” in nov 2006, in november 2008 he left the company and established a new company by name ‘evgreen machine tool and automation pvt. Ltd. / evgreen engineering pvt ltd (group of companies) b.n.meena, director professionally qualified administrative skills with over ten years accounting experience, preparing and reporting client company management accounts to year-end.
