ACS712 Current Sensor (+/- 5 Amp) - ACS712ELCTR-05B-T

ACS712 current sensor IC is an accurate, fully integrated effective Linear Current Sensor IC based on Hall Effect. The ACS712ELCTR-05B-TIC is SOIC8 packagedto give economical and precise solutions for AC or DC current sensing for max 5A current measurement, operating at 5V DC.

For measurement, the device can be plugged to measure both AC and DC voltage at its input and its output which is linear with respect to the measured input showing varied analog voltage as the output.ACS712-5A ensures the device safety standards by incorporating thick copper conductor on the input side for protection from the 3-5 times overcurrent conditions. The device has zero magnetic hysteresis and extremely stable offset voltage.

The ACS712ELCTR-05B-T IC is electrically isolated with no use of any costly isolation techniques making it best suited for the application in motor control, load detection and management, switched-mode power supplies, and overcurrent fault protection.

The Allegro ACS759 is an optimized and accurate linear Hall sensor circuit based Current Sensor IC for AC/DC current sensing for max 50A current measurement, operating upto 3.6 V DC. With improved noise reduction by introducing proprietary amplifier and filter design providing economical and precise solutions for AC or DC current sensing applications.
