Technical Features :

The robust design to withstand the heavy loading on the hammer mill while grinding, the hammer mill designed with an extremely heavy-duty base frame, the mass of the hammer mill absorbs any vibrations while the stiffness of the frame allows a very small clearance between hammer and screen to achieve specific grinding requirement.

• Multi-point shearing comminution. Hammers are made of 8mm thickness high strength alloy steel through heat treatment.
• SKF BEARINGS for crushing rotor, Reduce bearing maintain consumption but increase the service life of bearings;
• Multiple crushing chamber design

Air pipe-426*7: For Hammer Mill :

• Function : To extract fines & raw materials as coming out from Hammer Mill.
• Interconnecting ducts and air control valve.
• Rotary Air Lock Valves.
• Bag Filter bottom Rotary Valve fitted with “Y” Chute for collection of dust in bags.
• Air Cyclone bottom fitted with Rotary Air Lock Valve to discharge raw material into Redler Conveyor.
• Bag Filter bottom Rotary Valve fitted with “Y” Chute for collection of dust in bags.
• Device mode : The device controls are designed to work in both automatic and manual modes.

Advanced Control Panel With Automation Features :

• Feeding rate to Hammer Mill controlled by PLC.
• Analytics related to total working hours available on HMI live status screen.
• Main Motor and Geared Motor runs on DOL, Star Delta or VFD system, as per automation requirement to control speed.
