Integrated Test System(ITS) for TAL Torpedo.The ITS desired to be configured in a standalone RACK with all necessary Command, Control, Display & data acquisition and processing Electronics. The controls may be in the form of necessary switches or through virtual control panel. All the status inductions should be provided with lamps or LCD monitors. The test systems are based around Industrial computer. The ITSs should be integrated to subsystems of TAL torpedo through connectors where in all Digital Signals, Analog Signals and serial communication channels are brought out. It generates echo, bursts signals for simulating the range of the target and also simulate the RPM signal . It should accommodate the pre-setter to set preset the parameter for the torpedo during systems checks.

The Exploder Test Panel is being carried out self test for the Exploder Mechanism unit before carrying out any tests with it. The primary function of Exploder Mechanism is to explode the explosive in the warhead under certain conditions after removing all the safeties. The Exploder Mechanism Unit is safe to handle the weapon during transportation and fitment.

Pre-Setter for underwater mines.The Pre-setter is being used to preset all parameters of the Mine before deploying. (Built to Specs)

EM Log

An Electromagnetic Speed Log System is being used to measure and display the speed and distance traveled by the ship. The system includes the EM Speed Log Transducer, which is hull fitting and, through proper connection cable and box, is connected to a processing and display unit. In addition, processing and display unit sends speed in NMEA 0183 and Distance in pulses to Retransmission unit (RTU) to interface with various equipments of a ship such as Gyro, Radar etc.

GARPUN-BAL Display

GARPUN-BAL Radar passive Display (substitute to USSR make) is a high resolution passive display unit which displays Radar, Identifies the hostile emitter from a library of up to 1000 signatures. The signal bearings is also measured. It is a substitute developed for Russian System for INS KORA War Ships.

HF contact-less interlocking system is to eliminate wrong pushing of coke from the specific oven and to avoid the time delay occurred during the process of coke pushing. The system works in very hot and dusty environment.
