Our Product / Services
Leading Manufacturer, Supplier & Retailer of Conveyor Dryer, Flash Dryer, Agitated Thin Film Dryer, Paddle Dryer and continuous fluid bed dryer.
Conveyor Dryers manufactured by us are widely used for conveyor drying process. The moist or wet feed is positioned on a perforated plated and then hot air is passed through it. The belt, heat sourced and feeding mechanism and fixed in a frame and whole systems is insulated. Applications Food Bagasse Mineral Chemicals Fertilizers Wood Chips/ Saw Dust Feature Low running cost Choice of heating medium Easy to clean and maintenance Designed to ensure smooth operation Specially designed feeders to spread the feed uniformly Fully automatic operation based on PLC control/ Without PLC control
Flash Dryers are characterized by short residence time of few seconds. Hence, great care needs to be taken in dispersion of the feed in the drying air, which is generally in the form of cake so that true surface water gets evaporated form the feed . Otherwise, the larger particles in the feed material may require longer drying time than the smaller ones in order to reach the desired moisture content. Flash dryers are used for drying a wide range of products. It can be used to dry both organic and inorganic chemicals. However, inherently there are few limitations in the flash drying concept and experts like us provide best solutions to this family of drying systems.
Unique Features :
Application : Agrochemicals. Ceramics. Food and feed products. Organic chemicals. Pharmaceuticals. Pigments and dyestuffs. Pigments and dyestuffs. Waste products.
The typical Agitated Thin Film Evaporator consists of a tubular heat transfer area with an external heating jacket and a fast-revolving, inner rotor with flexible or rigid wiper elements. The driving speed is adapted to the product being handled, its particular specifications and task.
Key Advantages : Good heat conductivity (k-value), even when working with highly viscous and contaminated products Minimal thermal stress, thanks to low operating capacity, therefore a short dwell time (10-20 seconds of mean dwell time) No dead zone, therefore overheating prevented and perpetual high product quality guaranteed Continuous mechanical cleaning of the heating surface prevents incrustations High evaporation rates, due to highly turbulent film and large difference in temperature Gentle evaporation, due to short residence times, rapid conveyance in the heated zone and the constant product film renewal, happens often Combined with suppressed boiling points due to operation under vacuum Reduced need for maintenance because of sophisticated bearings and shaft sealing parts Shorter downtime and assembly time for maintenance and inspection No corrosion as outside surface is usually made of stainless steel Evaporation in one pass, no circulation Small film thickness, no hydrostatic height High turndown ratio and high flexibility for variation in requirements Low operating pressure down to 1 micron to reduced boiling temperature Single step drying because of unique designed combination of vertical and horizontal dryers Effective evaporation of concentrated slurries, heat sensitive products, viscous and fouling fluids up to 99% in a single pass Simple installation as the equipment is supplied skid mounted with all inter connecting piping, condensers and vacuum system
ESpoir Paddle Dryer / Processor are highly efficient, mechanically agitated, indirect heat transfer devices that add or remove heat from a process mass. They are used for drying, heating, cooling, pasteurization, crystallizing, and reacting of pastes, cakes, powders, and granules.

Special Features of Paddle Dryer :
Typical Applications :
Operating Principle Feed wet cake is dispersed in the mechanical dis integrator and is entrained in the stream of hot air coming from hot air generator. Almost immediate drying takes place due to very large surface area exposed to the hot air.The air conveys the material through the drying duct where remaining moisture is removed. The air and the dry solids are separated and the dry solids are discharged continuously via the rotary valve. The humid air is exhausted out via a dust separator.
Special Features of Continuous Particulate Dryer :
Typical Applications
Boric Acid | Barium |
---|---|
Calcium Carbonate | Carbonate |
(PCC / ACC) | Citric Acid |
CPC Blue/Green/Crude | FC Acid |
Di-Calcium Phosphate | DASDA |
Fibre (Starch) | Gluten |
Glyphosate | Hydoquinone |
H Acid, J Acid, Gamma Acid | Inorganic Salts |
Metanillinic Acid | M Acid |
Optical Whitening Agent | OCPNA / PCONA |
Oxalic acid | Polymer Beads |
Potassium Persulphate | Pigments |
Operating Principle Granular free flowing wet feed material is made to shower repeatedly in a cascade manner in a stream of hot air, when moisture gets transferred to the air, rendering the product progressively dry as it travels the length of the dryer cylinder provided with suitable lifters. The humid air is exhausted via a dust collection system to trap any fines escaping with the exhaust air.
Special Features of Rotary Dryer :
Typical Applications
Sand | Sodium |
---|---|
Coal | Sulphate |
Crystals | Oxalic Acid |
Zinc Concentrates | PNA |
Ammonium Sulphate | NPK Fertilizers |
Spray drying is a method of producing a dry powder from a liquid or slurry by rapidly drying with a hot gas. This is the preferred method of drying of many thermally-sensitive materials such as foods and pharmaceuticals. A consistent particle size distribution is a reason for spray drying some industrial products such as catalysts. Air is the heated drying media. We offer a wide range of Spray Drying Systems suited to continuous production of dry solids, granulate or agglomerate particle form from liquid feedstock in one stage. Spray drying is one of the most widely used industrial process for particle formation and drying.
