ESPA was established in India during the year 2006 at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra by its Indian Promoters, Mr. T Balasubrahmanian based on experience and exposure of Plant Maintenance, Projects and Plant Shutdowns in India and Middle East over the past two decades as Managing Director of M/s. Gopinath Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd., The experience and core project team accumulated over the past two decades was very helpful for ESPA to be identified as a capable organization in its area of operations. ESPA was established with a purpose of creating an entity of Indian human resources trained and supported by the latest International techniques and technology for effective Plant Maintenance, Project and Shutdown. ESPA has successfully executed major Plant Shutdowns, Mechanical Maintenance and New Projects for reputed Indian and International companies ever since its inception in 2006. ESPA has adopted the best HSE, QA/QC, Planning and Employee welfare measures from its co-promoters based in Malaysia. ESP Group has been working with the best International clients to name a few viz BP Indonesia, Shell Sarawak, Petronas, Murphy Sabah Oil Co, Nippon Oil exploration, Brunei Shell Petroleum, Exxon Mobil E&P, Conaco Philips Indonesia, ADMA OPCO, Qatar Petroleum, etc,. ESPA’s Indian client list is growing fast and we are currently having business relations with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. - Mumbai Refinery & Kochi Refinery, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd -Manali Refinery, Reliance Industries Ltd., Reliance Petroleum Ltd., Reliance Gas Transportation Ltd., Reliance Hazira – Petrochemcial Plants, British Gas Exploration and Production Ltd., Swiber Offshore Pvt. Ltd., Essar Oil Ltd., Reliance Ports and Terminal Ltd, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. - Mumbai Refinery & Visakhapatnam Refinery, Mangalore Refinery and Petroleum Ltd - Mangalore Refinery, Gas Authority of India Ltd - PATA, Numaligarh Refinery Ltd- Assam, etc., Apart from conventional Projects and Plant revamps, ESPA is specialized for the following call off based services. Torquing & Tensioning Services: We have our own torque wrenches / Hydraulic pumps and trained manpower to carry out torquing and bolt tensioning. We also give it on hire along with trained technicians. Bundle Extraction Services. : We have 2 Bundle Pullers which we give it on hire basis and as well as use it our self. Mechanical De-coking of Fired Heater: We have a business tieup with a Russian based Company Magicrot who are specializes in Mechanical Decoking of fired heaters by Pigging Method and we have a double pumper stationed in our yard at Ambernath to carry out job. Scaffolding and Painting We manufacture Scaffoldings at our workshop at Ambernath in the name of Greenfield Engg Products Pvt Ltd. We give it on hire as well as on sale. Rope Access based Inspection and Construction support Services. We have trained manpower from our sister organization ESPRAT where our trained manpower will work on ropes at any heights and do inspection work, etc. Using this services one can save on time of erection / dismantling of scaffoldings, Manpower deployment, etc. Servicing of Valves: We do servicing of all types of Industrial valves such as Gate, Globe, Non Return, PSV, TSV, Control Valves, Valves & Actuators repairs, servicing and AMC’S, etc. ESPA can execute major Mechanical Projects for its clients in India and Abroad using the well experienced Project Management Team and P&M available in the organization. ESP Successfully executed High Pressure Gas Compressing Station, ETP Plants, Storage Tanks Fabrication etc., for its clients in the recent past and is looking at the opportunity for executing major projects in India and abroad. Area of Interest: The core area of our focus with you shall be Mechanical Plant Installation and associated works like Controlled Bolting, Catalyst Loading, Scaffolding, Commissioning Assistance etc., using in-house capabilities. Shop Fabrication : ESPA can also carry out shop fabrication of Utility Plants and Equipments such as Fired Heaters, Boiler Components, Stacks, Vessels, Structural etc., in the dedicated fabrication shop located at Additional Ambernath MIDC, Maharashtra. The total area of facility is 5600 M2 and covered area is around 3900 M2. The facility is covered under Central Excise and VAT regulations. Planning : ESPA uses Primavera Planning Package (P6) for all its projects and work on a total planning concept. The company is in the process of implementing SAP for all business process in order to provide quality service to its clients. Plant and Machinery : ESPA has plant and machinery to execute major piping and equipment erection projects for crew strength of 1000+ persons.
