Manufactured in conformity with IS : 1438 of 1960 & approved by Weights and Measures Authorities, these Crane Weighers are designed to serve as mobile weighers by attachment to crane hook or any other suspension point, relieving congestion on shop floor or factory, specifications are listed below.

EKATA Dynamometer has been purposely designed to make it portable and light weight instrument but with the facility of a larger dial for measuring load and tension within the range of 500 Kgs. to 20, 000 Kgs. The Dynamometer works in any position and in any direction. The swiveling eye bolt automatically adjusts itself to neutral position eliminating any tort ional thrust on the instrument. The body of Dynamometer is externally anti corrosive metal coated. The dial casing is made out of cast aluminum painted black and provided with chrome plated grill. Externally anticorrosive metal coated.

SPECIAL FEATURES:- Accuracy: - Plus minus 1 % or one graduation within recording range of 11 % to 100 % of the Safe working load. Temperature Resistance: - Minus - 5 degree C to plus 55 degree C without providing any heating insulation.

APPLICATIONS:- Particularly suitable for Concrete Electric Pole testing, Railways Concrete Sleepers testing, Crane weighing, Chain testing, Tenstile testing , Railways Signal Telecomm nation, Spring Testing, Scrap weighing, Cable Tensioning in Transmission Towers and Electric Poles, Anchorage Testing, Crain Testing.

The Hanging scales offer two sizes of dials - 152 mm. and 228 mm. Their capacities range from 5 kgs. To be more precise, hanging scales with 152 mm. are dial are available in five capacities, viz. 5 kgs., 10 kgs., 20 kgs., 50 kgs., and 100 kgs. While hanging scales with 228 mm. dial are also available in five capacities, viz. 50 kgs., 100 kgs., 150 kgs., 200 kgs. and 300 kgs.These dials can be supplied either in Brass with a lacquered finish or in Black & White, printed to suit customer's taste and preferences. The standard fitting used is a hook, but special fittings such as pan, plate etc. can be provided, suited to individuals requirements. Both type hanging scales are also available with special acrylic glass cover on demand.

Designed for tension testing in overhead cables and strain testing for constructional and industrial purposes, but not suitable for breaking tests or suspended weighing. Spring operated, with adjustable finger for zero and provided with a second finger, which remains at a point of maximum strain and is returned to zero manually. End loops are made from steel.

FINISH : The dial is made from brass with indented markings and finish lacquered. Other parts suitably rust protected by painting and electroplanting.

The Pedestal Scales is a versatile machine for it has a variety of application in the range of low capacity weighing scales. It is available in the range of 1 kg., 2 kgs., 5 kgs., 10 kgs., 20 kgs., 50 kgs., and 100 kgs. By changing the weighing platform these pedestal scales can be made suitable for domestic purpose, kitchen, shop-counter, canteen, office, courier, post office and variety of other requirements. The standard shape of the weighing platform is either a pan or a flat plate. These scales are available to the customers with weighing platforms suited to their choice.

LOOSE WEIGHT TYPE :

Conform to IS : 1435 & Weights & Measures Regulations throughout India. For universal floors self alignment bearing compensate & steelyard bar is graduated to 0-10 kg. x 100 (gms.) minimum division & proportional weights 1:100 are provided.

Conform to IS : 1435 & Weights & Measures Regulations throughout India. Cast iron base with wheels, Platform, column, with cover & bracket are used for longer use. Steelyard bar is graduated upto the full capacity without loose weight. For years accuracy of the scale universal movement & to avoid undue wear & tear of knife edges & bearings provide the platform with ball bearings.
