These are also screws in full threaded but have coarse threading. The head is counter sunk (CSK) and are always recessed. But chipboard screws have a pozi head as they are used to affix in any furniture through pozi drives.

These screws are brightly zinc plated and are generally used to affix furniture made of particle or chip board.

They are also used in the packaging industry to fasten wooden boxes or pallets. They are available in diameter of 3.5mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6 mm and length up to 100 mm.

These screws have a curved taper allowing them to self pilot and install rapidly without punching through the paper. They are hardened and have a sharp piercing point.

These are also called Sheet Metal screws or full threaded screws. As the name suggests these are screws which are fully threaded to give a firm grip in any fixture. They are zinc plated and also available in stainless steel. They are used in furniture and also in sheet metal work and any metal to metal affixation.

They are generally available in multiples of 1000 nos depending upon the size. They are available in diameter ranging from 3 mm up to 6 mm and in length varying from 4.5 mm up to 100 mm.

For furniture work we require self tapping screws in Counter sunk head (CSK) and for aluminum window work or any metal to metal affixation we require Pan head screws.

The head is punched in Slotted head or Phillips head. These screws cannot self drill but are to be tapered in any material until it is tightened.

These screws are used for quick, easy and cost effective work. These screws have fine threading for giving a firm grip.

These are always half threaded screws and generally in slotted head, though Phillips head is available in special sizes as required.

In these screws threading is done only on half portion of the length of the screw and the rest is the shank of the rod. This is raised by a head of the screw which is counter sunk and slotted or recessed as per requirement. The base of the head is bugle shaped or conical so as to grip it in within the fixture.

These screws are available in steel and sometimes plated with zinc or nickel and nowadays they are available in Stainless steel also.

The screws are available in multiple of 100 nos. in small packets.

They are used to affix furniture and generally used in wood hence they are also called Wood Screws. They are prominently used to fix electrical fittings etc

These screws are like self drilling/tapping screws for which there is no requirement to pre drill a hole. These screws have a Phillips head and has a tapering curve also referred to as a bugle Phillips head which helps it to self pilot rapidly through any gypsum board, wood or composite board or a light steel plate. These screws have a black phosphate coating which prevent it from rusting and corrosion when exposed to wet joint compound or paint especially during ongoing construction.
