Designed a mobile machine that can mix clay, water, and other ingredients to prepare a mortar for brick production. It’s driven by either tractor PTO shaft or engine with the capacity of mixing is 20 tons Hr.

Reverse engineered an asphalt batch mix plant that produces 160 tons mixture of aggregate and bitumen per hour. Bitumen supplying system, aggregate feeding machine, coal burner, drying drum for aggregate, mixing tower and dust collection was the part of the project.

Design a road sweeper, it featured two side circular brushes, a center brush, and a powerful suction system. Equipped with bag cleaning system for better performance and minimize air pollution.

Designed to produce sand size to 2.36 – 4.75mm from 16mm aggregate. Features with a dust free production system which remove dust below 150 microns from production. The capacity of the machine is 60-65 tonHr. It included Feeding hopper, VSI unit, Screens, pollution control system and conveyors.

Uniquely designed Vibro Press machine, capable of mass production. Overcame the Client problem and achieve the compressive strength of 70 Mpa of 120 mm high Zig Zag paver block
