ELECTRICAL :'A-SEAL' is ideal for moisture proofing the cable joints made with C.I Boxes, sealing leakages in transformers, repairing chipped porcelain insulator, & bushings, etc.

AUTOMOBILES :It is suitable for filling up dents on Automobile bodies, repairing broken silencers pipes and muffler joints. Leakage anywhere in the Engine, Radiator, Fuel Tank can also be sealed.

PLUMBING :Joints of C.I pipes can be sealed with 'A-SEA:'

HOUSEHOLD :'A-SEAL' is most suitable for stopping leakages in pipes, overheads tanks, roofing of asbestos , tin, or R.C.C Articles like Washbasins, Bathtubs, Commodes, Cisterns, Corroded corners of refigerators & coolers can be very easily reparied with 'A-SEAL'.

A-Seal epoxy adhesive is a versatile and superior two component epoxy resin adhesive, which has been specially formulated for applications requiring high bond strengths. Resin AS-06 is a slovent free epoxy resin, which cures at room temperature when mixed with Hardener HR-53. Besides possesing extremely high resistance to empact stress, tensile and shear strengths, A-Seal epoxy adhesive also has controlled flow characteristics, which prevent it's flow during the curing process. After curing, the bond is unaffected by water, humidity, solvents, mild acids, alkalies etc. A-Seal epoxy adhesive is therefore ideal for domestic, auto, marine, industrial applications etc., where steel, iron, wood, glass, aluminium, bronze, ceramics, asbestos, leather, rubber etc. are required to be bonded to themselves or each other.

A-SEAL Judwan is a unique and new concept in the field of Epoxy Putty. It is a two in one fast setting Epoxy Putty. Both resin and hardner are packed in a single stick ensuring right mixing proportion and strength. Just cut the required quantity, mix it by kneading and twisting and use on a clean surface. It sets hard within 20 minutes at room temprature however it takes 4 hours to cure.

Remove the wapper, cut the required quantity with a blade or knife. Mix thoroughly by twisting and kneading till a uniform colour is obtained. Apply on a surface free of dirt, rust, oil, grease or paints. Roughen the surface by grinding with a sand paper for better adhesion. Rewrap the remaining putty and keep in the container.

A-Seal Metal filled epoxy compounds are two components epoxy formulation(Resin and Hardener). The Resin component is an admixture of a liquid resin and metal powder and the hardener is also in liquid form. Metal filled compounds are available in a variety for specific application such as Steel filled, Brass filled, Aluminium filled, Copper filled etc. and for enabling repaired portions to have a surface match with that of the parent metal. The resin and hardener components are required to be mixed in the ratio 10:1 by weight.

HOW TO USE :Mix thoroughly resin and hardner in ratio of 10:1 clean the surface and apply the mixed compound with a putty knife or with hand to cover the cracked sheet. To cover a hole in the sheet a little bigger piece of asbestos sheet can be patched on it with the of A-SEAL asbestos filled.
