General Purpose Epoxy Compound

A-SEAL is a unique multi purpose epoxy based compound. Resin and hardner are supplied in two sticks of different colors wrapped and sealed separately. The resin and hardener differ in colour so that thorough mixing can be ensured.

APPLICATION :'A-SEAL' is a versatile material with many uses. It is very useful for sealing, repairing, joining, insulating and water proofing of a variety of materials like ferrous and non-ferrous metals, wood, glass, asbestos, R.C.C, ceramics, and most of the plastics.

FOUNDRIES : 'A-SEAL'is ideal for sealing and plugging of blow-holes. Patterns and Moulds can also be repaired.

ELECTRICAL :'A-SEAL' is ideal for moisture proofing the cable joints made with C.I Boxes, sealing leakages in transformers, repairing chipped porcelain insulator, & bushings, etc.

AUTOMOBILES :It is suitable for filling up dents on Automobile bodies, repairing broken silencers pipes and muffler joints. Leakage anywhere in the Engine, Radiator, Fuel Tank can also be sealed.

PLUMBING :Joints of C.I pipes can be sealed with 'A-SEA:'

HOUSEHOLD :'A-SEAL' is most suitable for stopping leakages in pipes, overheads tanks, roofing of asbestos , tin, or R.C.C Articles like Washbasins, Bathtubs, Commodes, Cisterns, Corroded corners of refigerators & coolers can be very easily reparied with 'A-SEAL'.

PRECAUTIONS :
*Mix only the required quantity and apply immediately.* Repack the Unmixed Material in the Wrapper* Do Not use A-SEAL on the surface which is in contact with direct flame / food or drinking water.* Wash hands with soap and water immediately after use

Epoxy Compound

A-Seal Metal filled epoxy compounds are two components epoxy formulation(Resin and Hardener). The Resin component is an admixture of a liquid resin and metal powder and the hardener is also in liquid form. Metal filled compounds are available in a variety for specific application such as Steel filled, Brass filled, Aluminium filled, Copper filled etc. and for enabling repaired portions to have a surface match with that of the parent metal. The resin and hardener components are required to be mixed in the ratio 10:1 by weight.

Asbestos Filled Epoxy Compound

INTRODUCTION :'A-SEAL' Asbestos filled compound is based on Epoxy Systems. It is a two component product (Resin & Hardner) supplied in two different containers.

RATIO :RESIN : 1 KG, HARDNER : 100 GM.

APPLICATIONS :It is a verstile material for repairing, joining, sealing and fixing of asbestos sheets. A broken or cracked sheet need not replacement, it can be raepaired on the place where it is fixed. It is a non-sagging material and can be used on vertical surfaces as well.

HOW TO USE :Mix thoroughly resin and hardner in ratio of 10:1 clean the surface and apply the mixed compound with a putty knife or with hand to cover the cracked sheet. To cover a hole in the sheet a little bigger piece of asbestos sheet can be patched on it with the of A-SEAL asbestos filled.

PRECAUTIONS:Before application :* The surface to be rapaired should be free from rust, dust, moisture, oil and bitumen. Adhesion will improve by roughening the surface by sand paper.* Mix only the required quantity at a time which can be used within 10 minutes.* Wash hands with soap and water after applying the compound.
