the filter cages have the equal importance like filter bags. Cages support the shape of bags and prevent them from getting collapsed during the operation. We manufacture the cages of various size and shape to fit nearly any dust collector. Our superior cages are available in a variety of materials. We work with wire diameters ranging from 3 mm to 6 mm, with 8, 10, 12 and 20 vertical wires and spacing ring range from 3 inch to 12 inch.

nomex has an excellent heat resistance, flame resistance, high temperature dimensional stability.normal maximum continuous operating temperature is 210c. General applications for aramid felt include: highly abrasive dust applications, electric arc furnaces, high temperature dryers, cupolas, and chemical applications where high temperatures exist. Aramid offers a good resistance to alkalis under most condition.

The high temperature fiberglass filter cloth can resist temperature consistently up to 260C and intermittently up to 280C. With high tensile strength, it is incomparably durable.The fiber cloth is known for excellent air flow and filtration. The weight of woven Glass fiber is range from 350 GSM to 750 GSM depend on the process requirement and dust collector type.

Fiberglass has excellent resistance to most acids, but is attacked by hydrofluoric acid. Not recommended where bases and salts such as chlorides, bromides, and cyanides are present. This media has poor flex abrasion qualities.

acrylic felthas excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and hydrolysis resistance. Recommended maximum continuous working temperature is. 125c, and maximum surge temperature is 140c .

the normal continuous operating temperature of ptfe is 260c. This media is used for high chemical attack at high temperature. It has an excellent resistance to acid and alkalis.chemical resistance is excellent and abrasion resistance is generally superior to protein fibers, but not as good as most synthetics. Ptfe has an extreme high cost and is typically used after everything else has failed. ptfe filter bags mainly used in coal-fired power plants, cement production, and steel foundries.
