1 Products availableOur over spray collectors CKP 6.0 (6 Layers) are fabricated from slit and expanded kraft media, and utilize the baffle principle of collection to its highest level. These layers are arranged to redirect and cause the particulate-laden airflow to become turbulent, resulting in maximum contact between the solid over spray-particulates and the baffles within the collectors. These baffled layers are also positioned in a graduated density pattern to assure full usage of the collectors' media, or depth loading - the uniform depositing of particulates throughout each layer of the media. This range of media is been imported from USA.
CONSTRUCTION
Our heavy duty non woven synthetic high loft media can be avalable incut pads or rolls. Very useful as blow set or as Pre filter pads. Very commonly used in window ventilation units, fan coils, air conditioning installations, kitchen hoods, industrial ventilation systems and as Pre filter's in paint spray cabins.

Suitable for all kinds of ventilation equipment, dedusting equipment, air suppy system.
Our Pockets comes with a stitched / in-house welding technology and is a low cost pocket filter for less challenging applications. The filter incorporates high performance synthetic filter media featuring progressive density and high dust holding capacity. Pockets can be delivered in customized sizes and meets the clean ability requirement of many HVAC customers.
Application
Mono filament glass fiber mat with progressive structure and laminate backing on air leaving side, making the product rigid and stable. High paint holding capacity with minimum airflow resistance. PA-60 paint arrestors are a prudent choice when cost is paramount.
Application
Mainly used for paint mist emissions of painting system or industrial oil mistemissions and it can be used for pre filter of general ventilation.
