Our approach enables us to respond with a short TAT, which would be made possible because of our deep understanding of your needs. Communication: Our SPOC would communicate closely & effectively to understand your needs and ensure a completion of search within an agreed TAT. He/ she would create a document, which provides information on who you want to hire and what for. Potential Candidate Identification: Our research team would come up with information to the SPOC on where the ideal candidate and a list of first-cut candidates. This would give our clients an idea of where and who we are searching for. Once we get better clarity, we access our network in the industry. This is a customized research to identify the right-fits. Qualification: Once we shortlist candidates, we conduct detailed formal & casual discussions to understand his fitment and interests. Presenting candidates: We present a set of not more than 3 candidates, who we believe are rigtt-fits.
