The Company ENGINEER SINGH & ASSOCIATES was established in 2011. It is headed by its Director Mr. R.S.Singh who posses a post graduate degree in Agricultural Engineering M.TECH from I.I.T.KHARAGPUR with special emphasis on crop ( rice ) processing. It is basically a consultancy firm advising entrepreneurs to set up projects related with establishing Rice Milling Plants,Parboiling and drying plants, Dall Milling plants, Basen mills. The rich experience of Director Mr. R.S.Singh of more than 40 years in India and abroad in the field of Rice processing in various capacities of designing,manufacturing,marketing of these equipment makes the co. as PROCESS EXPERT AGRI PROCESSING,ENERGY CONSERVATION,ENVIRON SOLUTIONS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND STEAM SPECIALIST.
Co. takes responsibility of guiding entrepreneurs from clearing the concept, selecting the plant and machineries, preparing project reports,designing lay-outs ,installation and commissioning of plants on turn key basis.
Company also advises ,on co-generation of power by utilising husk to produce steam at high pressure in boiler ,employing turbines to generate power and back pressure steam available from turbine is utilised in processing of paddy ( called parboiling and drying of paddy ).Company also advises in utilising the bran for producing rice bran oil and de oiled cake is used in producing cattle feed. Advise is also given on water treatment plant.. Co. is also exploring export of these machines and giving consultancy services to customers abroad.
