Features

Hot Crimping Machines are offered for joining leads to field coils. The leads are of flexible PVC copper wire where as the winding wires are solid copper enameled wires, The joining lugs are formed in the machine itself.

Hot Brazing Machines are offered where the conductors are of very high cross section. Normally these cannot be hot crimped as in above two processes. The brazing method is used for such jobs. The strip type conductors are generally used in auto starter armatures such armatures are brazed on these machines, strip type field coils, high section copper conductors in transformer industries use such machines.

Hot Staking Machines that we offer are especially manufactured to join winding wires with the commutator segments of armatures. Our offered range of machines can be manually operated as well as these are available in semi auto functions. The semi automatic machines are highly productive, with servo indexing, duel head arrangement for fast production. The machine is generally used by the manufacturers of : ACDC universal motor, hand tool armatures, mixer motors, sewing machine motors, and automobiles dynamos, starter and wiper motors etc.
