The latest in Enestee is the multi-slope banana screen. The banana screen combines best of both worlds - High Capacity of a Circular Motion Inclined Screen and High Efficiency of a Horizontal Linear Motion Screen. The banana screens are linear motion screens driven using geared excitors imported from Germany. The screen finds its application in sizing, washing and de-watering applications across industries like Coal, Cement, Aggregate etc. Banana screens are available in single deck and double deck configurations and have capacities ranging from 100 tph to 500 tph. These screens have a unique operating principle thus having recorded high capacities with very high and consistent efficiencies. On the first section of the screen material picks up at high velocity, materials removed at a high rate. In the middle section material has thin bed depth and materials are removed at a lower rate. No welding on the side wall plates. Fully bolted structure. Welding on cross members are stress relieved prior to assembly. Wear and corrosion lining are standard to all equipments. Counterweights are guarded for operator safety. Screening deck can be tensioned from the sides with ease and can be replaced/removed without much efforts. Machine painted using special corrosion resistant paints for longer life.

ENESTEE manufactures and market the high efficiency, operationally economical CLIMAXX type wet drum magnetic separators. The separator recovers Magnetic Media (magnetite or ferrosilicon) in dense media applications. The ENESTEE separator features a wide angle magnet, assembled in a specially designed tank, that improves the recovery of fine magnetite or ferrosilicon. The magnetic media is then discharged at a higher than normal density. High concentrations of magnetic and non-magnetic material in the feed are easily handled. The design of the tailing removal system prevents plugging of the tailing spigot. Level control is flexible and does not require operator attention. Fixed Sieve These are primarily used for dewatering coarse/fine coal after the heavy media operation or dewatering coal if they carry excessive surface moisture. The fixed sieve has the profile deck inclined at an angle which helps to flush the coarse material of its moisture or water contents. Radial Sieve Functionally these also are used for dewatering fine/course coal after heavy media separation or gravity separation. The advantage of a Radial Sieve Bend is - the profile deck arranged in a radial housing with a 45-60 Degree arc with varying radius. It is engineered according to feed capacity and for retaining material on the deck long enough for maximum drainage of water and concentrates. The sieve can be rotated 360 degrees and adjustable inclinations thus ensuring longer life of the surface. Operating Principles A sieve bend removes water and effects a size separation by a process much different than a vibrating screen. While a vibrating screen randomly lifts and drops the particles to present them to a screen aperture, a sieve bend presents the slurry to the leading edge of each perpendicularly positioned screen wire. The material moves with the aid of gravity.
