This micro controller based intellegent Detector is highly sensitive to VOC and solvent vapor. The LCD displays the level of gas or the vapors present. An audible alarm alerts you of dangerous levels with response in seconds. On start-up, it goes through self integrity check before getting into measurement mode.
No Scope for user error These Compact, self contained and intrinsically safe designed instrument housed in a weather proof high impact plastic case are powered with a replaceable 4X1.2V Dc battery. On switching 'ON', the instrument goes thorough its complete self integrity check, and displays factory set Warn and Alarm values before indicating 'Ready' for monitoring While in Operation, the instrument monitors the work place continuously giving the latest update concentration of designated Gas through diffusion sampling.
Suction sampling is possible with an optional manual or battery operated pump and adaptor. The poison resistant Pellister or long life, integrally mounted electrochemical Sensors with inbuilt cross interference filters are gas specific. Optionally the sensors can be mounted on an extension cable for monitoring inaccessible locations before entry. The instruments emits an audible beep every 15 sees that provides confidence to the user that he is well protected. Audio, Visual also Warn and Alarms protect him from hazardous situations.

Model 2620 single channel digital control modules are designed to supervise and display the status of a single integral or remote (2620 R) sensor assembly. Model 2620 is housed in a NEMA AX wall mount enclosure or Ex- proof enclosure.
Model 2620R Single Channel controllers interface with industry standard two or three wire 4-20 mA sensor or other standard voltage / current sensor transmitters and provide the user with concentration display and two independent adjustable alarm levels. The 3 J4 digit LCD or Alphanumeric LCD display can read the concentration. LEDs on the front panel provide indication of all three alarms.
The alarm relays can be programmed to be either latching or non-latching and to activate either as a rising or failing alarm. The relays are SPDT Form C type rated at 5 Amps, to provide direct alarm action, reducing the need for interposing relays. Local Alarm devices can be connected to the configurable on board alarms. The Fail Safe Supervisory provides a reliable indication that the Monitor is fully operational. I he "hail Safe" design monitors the input power and status of the power supply for the amplifiers. A failure of any one of these functions illuminates a "Fault" Light Emitting Diode.

the stack guard series operate on the principle of tribo - electric charge transfer. The electrical charge carried by dust particles is captured by a highly sensitive tribo - electric probe, amplified and then transmitted to the control unit. As the current generated by the charge is proportional to the concentration of particles present, an indicative signal of dust presence results. Stack guard is most suitable for use in low humidity gas streams with reasonably constant flows.
