Low oil content Semi-synthetic oil product blended with highly pure & moisture free naphthenic mineral oil, anti-corrosive additives, effective flushing agents, skin-friendly detergent agent and effective biocides. Suitable for multi-metal & multi-operation.

A superior Semi-synthetic oil, and an innovation in true sense, with high mineral oil content along with advanced ester based bacteriostatic cutting fluid. Its load bearing additives not only provide thin film of very high strength, but also makes the film elastic, so that it does not crumble under the pressure of the heavy operations. The coolant also helps in providing adequate cooling effect to the job and the tool, that extends the tool life and quality of the finish manifolds as compared to any neat cutting oil. Suitable for all metals & all operations.

Neat cutting grinding fluid. Product is low viscous blended with synthetic flushing additive and effective extreme pressure additive which give strong film strength. The product has great boundary lubrication which gives extended wheel life.

Moderate viscosity range products blended with Sulfur. Suitable for Fe, Al, SS, MS and their alloys. Recommended for medium machining like turning , boring, driling, cutting , etc. Modified alternative NS & NC Series (non-sulfur & non-chlorine) for working on yellow metals or where completely environmental friendly products are mandatory.

It’s blended with sulphurised EP additive. Suitable for FE, MS, SS for broaching, hobbing, and other heavy-duty operation.

Our prime synthetic metal-working fluid product, which is free from the mineral oil content. The product is the blend of the synthetic additive, synthetic lubricity enhancers, extreme pressure additives, biocides etc. With no mineral oil the oil does not leave any sticky material on the job as well as the machine. Due to better detergency properties the chips are carried away from the operational point in no time to give best surface finish. The wheel is also flushed properly and does not need to dress it frequently. Due to the synthetic nature, it provides better cooling properties, no offensive odour and longer bath life.
