In many cases the need of Quick Solid Liquid separation is always felt by many industries. The essence of this design is to cut down the bulge at the belly of the FIBC. At Emmbi we have created a design with most optimized baffle length management which offers us the best result for saving a cargo space. The design reduces the rounding and creates an perfect cube like structure to optimize the filling space utilization. Another specific need of the baffle bags is to maintain a proper flow of the filling material while filing the FIBCs. We have created and tested various shapes and designs suitable for material with different flow rates and lumpiness. Various designs of the baffles can be with full height or of the partial height of the FIBC. The height, material and shape of the baffle should be decided depending the flow rate of the material packed. There is a special design of the Baffle with net or Net Baffle is available for the super lumpy material, this gives the effect of baffle without obstruction the material flow.
Emmbi Type C FIBCs are known as e-Conduct bags. These bags are based on well-established carbon graphite thread conductor technology. The performance of the product is monitored as per IEC 61340-4-4.Ed, 2a for Conductive FIBC. All the components such as Body Fabric, Spout & Skirt Fabric, Loops, are specially woven to be conductive. We maintain the resistivity of the material well within the prescribed limit of 108 . The product is certified by Labordata, an International Materials Testing Institute from Germany. Bags are provided with multiple grounding points on either side to which all conductive panels, threads or filaments are electrically bonded. The lift Loops of e-Conduct also contain conductive threads or filaments with a resistance to the grounding point of less than 108.

These are very Unique and Economical Design of FIBC. The Body fabric itself acts as a Lifting Loop. A Special Cut given at the top of the Circular Woven Fabric and the top is crumpled and stitched together to fall the lifting loop. These loops can be tight together with identifying color coded band. Single Loop and Two Loop FIBC can be made with the Filling Spout Top and Open Top design. One Loop and Two Loops are properly designed. These FIBCs are popular in the various Agricultural Packaging. These bags can be inserted with the in liner to improve the barrier properties. We have a very good facility to Glue or tab attaches the liner with the bag. Though slightly inconvenient to handle, this is a cheapest version of FIBC.
This is a multilayer packaging with combination of woven PP/PE coated with soft feel non-woven material, impregnated with VCI chemical are specialty packaging material with anti- corrosive treatment given in the inner layer. A specialty VCI chemical is impregnated while coating it from inside it from inside. These can be supplied in normal or fine wool texture. Emmbi has a state of the art manufacturing facility to produce 3 layer co-ex and single layer liner. We can produce the Liner up to 5.2 meters lay flat width from 25 microns to 400 microns. The 3 layer extrusion gives us ease to use the right type of Resin in the engineered layer. We can also extrude food grade liner using white as inside color and black as outside color for specific purpose. We are also able to provide PE-AI-PE liners for a material single barrier equivalent. Emmbi has ability to produce PE-nylon-PE liners for the high temperature applications.Emmbi has recently launched a PP liner for a High temperature filling. These liners are stable up the filling temperature 140OC. These liners can be excellent alternatives for the 100 % recyclable FIBCs.

As the name suggests Emmbi "ground cover" is a black woven polypropylene fabric used under the ground for weed control. It is used in agriculture and horticulture industry. Ground cover which is also known as weed control fabric is manufactured from UV stabilized polypropylene.The polypropylene ground cover/weed control fabric is available with green marker lines at 12 inches (30cms) intervals. The ground cover/weed control fabric prevent weed growth and allow air circulation. The fabric protects the roots from the spread of fungus and bacteria. Emmbi "Silt fence" is a black color woven fabric used in construction industry in most of the developed countries.Our Standard widths available are 24", 36", and 48". We can produce silt fence on circular machines and do the Ultrasonic Edge Sealing to guarantee "no fraying" on the cut edges. We give 1000 hours of UV so that silt fence thus made lasts long when exposed to UV. The product can be supplied 2000 mtrs master rolls of 100 mtrs utility rolls.
