Series 44100 Butterfly Valve is designed and developed to use in process engineering and industrial application where 100% shut off (Class VI) is required in the closed position.100% shut off is achieved by the use of PTFE seal.

EMET 'Step-Vane' and 'Swing-Through-Vane' Butterfly Control Valves have been designed and developed for applications where leakage in the closed position is not the problem, but the control of the amount of liquid or gas through the pipe line is paramount. These valves provide excellent throttling performance.

Series 40500 and 40600 Butterfly Control Valves (with Anti-Cavitation/Low Noise Trim) have been designed and developed by EMET Controls to use in process engineering and industrial applications where the effect of cavitation (due to high liquid pressure drop) cannot be eliminated/handled by Series 40000 and 40100 Butterfly Control Valves.

Velocity Control Trim (Velo Trol) - In most of the severe service conditions where very High temperature & High pressure are to be handled our series 12200 & 12250 with Velocity control trim (VeloTRol) is the most suitable trim available to provide accurate control with long life & thereby reducing the Noise/Vibrations formed due to cavitation or erosion damage.

Series 12200 High Pressure Control Valve is designed and developed for applications where the high pressure/drop liquid and high pressure/temperature gas/vapour to be handled. Our VeloTRol, a multi-turn/multi-stage velocity control trim, handles these severe/critical applications very effectively - eliminating cavitation & vibration, and reducing the noise to the acceptable levels. Series 12250 is developed for low/minute flow (Micro Cv) for high pressure drop liquid and gas applications. The velocity control trim (Velotrol), the most superior trim, has enabled control valve to improve its performance and lower its maintenance cost. Also, there is hardly any use of additional silences/Diffusers for noise reduction.

Our Series 12000 / 15200 is designed and developed for power duty applications where the high pressure / drop water and high pressure / temperature steam are to be handled.

We have range of trim options like single, double, triple & multistage having concentric cages with holes. This can be used to handle high pressure drop flow in order to eliminate the erosion damage due to cavitation and noise / vibrations inside the valve.

Our design incorporates various trim design from standard to Multi Stage trims which are manufactured from tungsten carbide or ceramic materials for better erosion resistance. Our choke valves designed & manufactured as per ASME B16.34 / API 6A standards, meet the requirement for Product specification levels (PSL 1, 2, 3 & 4) temperature & ratings. Our range of choke valves is available with both screwed seat design & Quick change trim (Clamped design) options. If required valves can be manufactured with NACE compliance.
