Emerge IE1 Motors are TEFC squirrel cage motors are known for their compact structured, low noise, high efficiency, high torque, excellent starting performance and easy servicing design. The motors are with class F insulation system, temperature rise restricted to class B levels according to international practices. We also offer the following types of motors as non-standard LT Motors can also be supplied in 400 and 450 frames also suitable for 380V and 660V in 4, 6, 8 and 10 pole configurations for KW ranging from 250 to 900 depending on polarity.
Emerge Motors can be widely used as driving equipments of various machineries such as machine tools, blowers, pumps, compressors, vibrators, cutters, grinders, logistics, transportation, agricultural and food processing. They are offered in international frame sizes for easy installation and interchangability. All these are continuous S1 duty rated. Star connection is standard up to frame 100 or 2.2 KW whichever is lower, however can be offered with 6 leads also. All other frames 112 & above are with 6 leads delta connected.
Emerge Motors can be supplied in Cast Aluminium up to 160L frame and in Cast Iron up to 450 frame. Cast Aluminium motors are offered with removable foot and hence the TB can be shifted at site to any desired position. Cast iron body motors are with integral foot and hence are with lower vibration and noise levels. As a standard supply, motors in frames 56 90 are offered in Aluminium construction and 100 355 in Cast Iron construction. However, all frames up to 160L can be offered in both Aluminium and cast iron construction.
Emerge Motors mounting arrangements comply with IEC34-7 recommendations. There are 4 basic configurations B3 & B35 (56-400 frames), B5 (56-280 frames) and B14 (56-132 frames). Other mounting arrangements can also be offered such as B6 B7 B8 V5 V6 V3 V15 & V36 (56 160 frames), V1 (56-355 frames) and B34 V18 V58 V19 & V69 (56-132 frames).
Emerge Motors are manufactured in high efficiency production lines with high quality machining centers, high speed stamping system and automatic winding machines with a strict quality control process in selection of materials, in manufacturing, assembly and testing with an automated micro-computer test centre and a well-coordinated measurement system.

YC series capacitor start induction run motorsEmerge YC Single-phase capacitor start induction motors in IEC frames use only a start capacitor for starting. They are of totally enclosed fan-cooled type. The starting torque of motors is 2-3 times of rated torque. The motors give excellent performance such as low in noise, low in temperature-rise, high in overloading capacity and convenience in maintenance. It finds wide application in all types of small machine tools, compressors, pumps, refrigerators and other equipments which need higher starting torque. They are in wide use in mini & small workshops and service stations where only single-phase power is available.
YL series capacitor start & capacitor run motorsEmerge YL series capacitor start & capacitor motors are single-phase motors in IEC frames using separate capacitors for starting and running. They are of totally enclosed fan-cooled type. Main features are small frame size for higher HP, high starting torque, high power factor and efficiency, safety and reliability in running, simple construction and easy maintenance.
YY series capacitor start & run motorsEmerge YY series Single phase Run capacitor motors in IEC frames use the same capacitor for both starting & running. They are of totally enclosed fan-cooled type. They come with many features such as simple structure, smooth & steady running and easily maintenance. Suitable for household appliances, pumps, blower, recording instruments etc.
