The V-type blender is used to produce a homogeneous solid to the solid mixture. Mixing is a common process step in the manufacture of products for industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, food, chemicals, cosmetics, detergents, colorants, fertilizers, and plastics.

Examples of materials or substances mixed in this way include pharmaceuticals, flour for confectionery, refined or white flour, whole wheat flour, flour for coating, dextrins, enzymes, coffee, cocoa, milk powder, chocolate, crme caramel and dessert powder, baby food, custard powder, starches, seeds, pigments, colorants, cosmetics, powdered or granulated plastics, fiberglass, etc.

Co Mill is used for Dry and Wet Milling OR Size reduction of wide range of products. Its suitable for standalone as well as online milling.

• The output of co mill is near to the size of sieve used approx. 80%-90%, whereas in multi mill it is 1/3 of the sieve used
• The fineness generated are on a lower side as compare to other mills
• Heat generation in co mill is comparatively very low as it works on forced pressure
• Other mills have more of dusting as compared to co mill
• Output of co mill is more than any other mills.

Operates on the principle of variable force swing beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction.

Multi mill machines are widely used for wet and dry granulation, pulverization etc. These machines find application in pharmaceutical, chemical, bulk drug, cosmetic, dyestuffs and food processing industries.
