The M&C portable gas conditioning unit PSS-10 is designed to carry out precise gas analyses at different locations. The entire gas conditioning unit is housed in a robust aluminium-frame case to enable the user to carry out a rapid gas analysis, which is safe with little maintenance work. The PSS-10 gas conditioning unit is suitable for variable, discontinuous use as well as for continuous operation. The components built into the PSS-10 gas conditioning unit can be used for standard applications. If you have special problems please ask us for other solutions.
Portable gas conditioning unit type PSS-10/1 for 480 Nl/h in an aluminium protective case consisting of: 0.5 m SS sample line 6 mm, 3 m Viton hose DN 4/6, gas cooler ECP20-2G, universal filter FP-2T, N9KPE sample gas pump, peristaltic pumps SR25.2. W with PF2 hose pre-filter, power: 230 V/50 Hz, tubing in Viton, Novoprene, PVDF, the sample gas pump is only switched on when the sample gas cooler falls below +8 C
Pltier gas cooler , dew point set up 5 Deg for sample gas , The ECP 1000 gas cooler is used in gas analysis to lower the dew point of humid to avoid condensation in the analyser. An extremly stable gas dew point avoids water vapour crosssensitivity and volumetric errors.Electric gas cooler type ECP1000-G with Peltier element, electronically controlled to +5 C, high/low temperature alarm with 2 changeover contacts, jet-stream heat exchanger made of Duran glass for 1 x 150 Nl/h, connections: sample gas: GL18-6 mm, condensate: GL 25-12 mm, power: 230 V/50 Hz or 115 V/60 Hz to switch over
Flow meter type FM-40/70 for panel mounting, with needle valve. measuring range: 7 to 70 Nl/h, medium: air, connection: DN 4/6, material: PVDF, Viton, glass
The compact, flat, corrosion resistant FM40 flowmeter for front panel mounting is used for flow control of gas media in analysis devices and systems.
Analytical bellows sample pump MP-F 05, material: PTFE, capacity: 320 Nl/h with counter pressure of -/+ 50 mbar on the vacuum and pressure side, connections: G 1/4" i, 230 V/50 Hz, IP55
The bellows pumps type MP-F are suitable for corrosive gases. They are constructed especially for problems in the analysis technique.
gas sample probe type sp2000-h with external ceramic filter type s-2k150, filter porosity: 2 m with electrically heated external filter 0 to 180 c, adjustable by an integrated thermostat, overtemperature limiter with reset key responding at +30 c tset and undertemperature alarm with potential-free status-alarm contact at -30c below tset, incl. Weather protection shield with insulation, power: 230 v/50 hz, 800 w, mounting flange: dn65pn6b with g 3/4" I connection, sample gas out: 1/4" npt i, material: ss 316ti, ceramics, viton
the sp2000 sample probes are used for continuous extraction of gases from dust loaden, high temperature or humid processes.
Analytical diaphragm pump type MP47, material: PTFE, capacity: 6 Nl/min. at atm. pressure, connections: G 1/4" i, power: 115 V/60 Hz, IP20
The diaphragm pumps type MP47. are suitable for corrosive gases. They are constructed especially for problems in the analysis technique.
M&C Universal Filters reliably separate solids, in particular extremely fine particles, occuring in analysis techniques in gas filtration, using very fine, deep-acting filter elements. Thanks to their universal design, the filters can also be used as separators (without a filter element), liquid filters or, with adsorption cartridges, as an adsorption filter. For ambient or medium emperatures up to 180 C, a stainless steel version FSS or FT-H version can be offered.Universal filter type FP-2T with in-depth filter element made of PTFE, filter porosity: 2 m, connection: G 1/4" i, material: PVDF, Viton, glass, PTFE
Gas conditioning system type SS-5 for 150 Nl/h on a mounting plate, consisting of: gas cooler ECP1000-G, universal filter FP-2T, sample gas pump N3KPE, peristaltic pump SR25.2.W with pre-filter PF2, power: 230 V/50 Hz, tubing: PTFE, PP, the sample gas pump starts automatically when the gas cooler falls below +8 C
This unit, mounted on an aluminium plate, provides a completely pre-installed sample gas conditioning for continuous use that can be excellently integrated within gas analysis systems. Its compact construction only takes up little space. The SS-5. units are ready for use in a few minutes. This makes time-consuming procurement of individual components and assembly superfluous. Typical application examples for the SS-5. units are: flue-gas and process-gas conditioning. For special problems like aerosols, various solvents, explosive gases in hazardous areas, we can provide you with other solutions.
Gas sample probe type SP180-H/MA, version suitable for marine applications, filter housing cover with Viton O-rings and filter element type S-0, 1GF, filter porosity: 0.1 m, external filter electrically heated to 180 C with self-regulating heating elements, low temperature alarm with potential-free contact output at -20 C below Tset, including insulation cover, power: 110 V to 240 V, 50/60 Hz, 400 W, mounting flange: DN 65 PN 6B with G 3/4" i connection thread, material: stainless steel 316Ti, 316 L, Viton, ceramics, connection: sample gas outlet: tube fitting for tube DN 4/6, holder for heated line d = 60 mm, test gas connection: tube fitting for tube DN 4/6 with dummy cap, DNV-GL type-approved 42 189-15HH VI-7-2 Edition 2012, environmental category H: -25 to +60 C, vibrations table 3.16, characteristic curve 2b
