Every equipment requires an electrical panel, that is also true for feeding systems like vibratory bowl feeders, centrifugal feeders as well as special purpose machines. If you order only a vibratory bowl feeder, you will usually only get a standard controller which can vary the speed of the vibratory feeder with the help of a potentiometer. An example of this type of controller is Model EP5V (6 Amps rating) and Model EP4V (3 Amps rating). In fact, these are suitable for Linear vibrators where the requirement of switching on / off does not arise as it works continuously.

Manufactured a miniature vibratory bowl feeder for feeding of small springs having diameter 5 mm and length 11 mm. Feeding of springs is very complicated as they have a tendency of getting entangled. There was a space constraint and hence the customer wanted a very small bowl feeder for this application. Hence, Elscint recommended its Model 100 with a cylindrical bowl having diameter120 mm with a single track. The springs which were entangled were removed from the outlet position and fell back into the bowl.

Vibrating Tables is particularly suited for settling granular to coarse materials. It is also very effective for handling a wide range of metal parts such as nuts, bolts and rivets. The Elscint Vibrating Tables are of electromechanical construction and are available in various models. The most popular is the VT 50 model. It has a capacity of 130 kgs with a VA rating of 70 VA. Even with this VA rating, the highly efficient design perfected by Elscint takes a current of just 1 Amp, just saving on energy costs. All models of the vibrating tables are totally enclosed, dust tight and splash proof.

In this Machine, the components are fed through a vibratory bowl feeder to the tapping station. At the tapping station, tapping takes place with the help of a specially designed tapping head attachment. The completed component is then unloaded in a bin or ejected, as per requirement. In case of special requirements, tapping at two places can be done on the same component! Speeds of upto 40 Pieces per minute are possible. This machine is available with and without PLC control to suit the requirements of customers and their respective budgets. This machine adds tremendous value wherever there is a requirement of tapping on small components. Two, three or even more bowl feeders as well as tapping heads can be accommodated on the same table with independent operations, however controlled by a single PLC. This helps not only in making the machine compact but also reduces the cost of an incremental machine.

Automation offers soft start electronic controllers for vibratory feeders. This is an importance feature in Elscint vibrator controllers. In case the current drawn exceeds set limit, the power supply to the vibrator is switched off automatically, thus saving the vibrator coils. Most Circuits are CE Marked and can either be given with Box or even only Circuits can be provided to Machine Builders for integration in their own Control Panels.

Agitator Vibrato is a unit for generating small vibrations for the purpose of sieving shaking aligning operations for small components. there is a special Elscint unloading belt conveyor by which the shaft is taken out and turned around with the help of transfer station and fed to another Elscint belt conveyor which conveys it back to near the loading station at an unloading collection station and the shafts are aligned there ready for inspection for the second pass through the centreless grinding machine.

The other part (spring, strip etc.) can either be placed manually or automatically from another vibratory bowl feeder. Alternatively, the strip can be fed through a de-reeler and cut as per the requirement and fed automatically. Other options which are available is checking the spring strip etc. before riveting, counting of the number of pieces riveted, automatic stoppage of machine when a wrong rivet spring is fed etc. At the riveting point, the riveting takes place and the completed riveted assembly is blow out or removed manually as the case might be. Elscint Taper Roller Feeding The system utilizes Elscint vibratory bowl feeder Model 250, Model 400 or Model 630 depending upon the roller size to feed the parts to a set of powered gauge rolls. The inclination of the rolls, plus adjustable roll spacing from one end to the other enables parts to move travel easily and rapidly into the desired position. An important feature is that the rolls being counter-rotating will not bind or grip the parts and are extremely sensitive to fine tolerances. The rolls are driven by Elscint single reduction unit.
