Established in the year 2003, Electronica India has become one of the renowned names engaged in the manufacturing and supplying of a wide range of inverter welding products.These products are highly appreciated in the market owing to their sturdy construction, high performance, efficiency and durability. We also provide our products in customized specifications to suit the varied requirements of our customers.
We began as a sub-vendor and executed our first order in 2004 for BSNL. Our next step was to design and develop a welding inverter in compliance with international quality standards. After two years of dedicated research and testing, we launched our range of products in the market for assessing their quality and performance. With positive feedback from our clients, we gained complete confidence in our products and their scope in the industry.
Quality Assurance : It has been our forte to offer specially designed products, which offer high performance and efficiency. Through our flawless manufacturing methodology, we ensure that our products comply with international standards and are compatible with IEC 60974. Owing to our efforts in assuring the quality of our range of inverter welding machines, we have been certified with ISO 9001 : 2008. We also have a dedicated team of quality controllers, which is responsible for testing the products on various quality parameters. The division also overlooks the manufacturing process to ensure that there is no discrepancy in the fabrication of the machines. Following are some of the parameters on which we assess our products:
Our Infrastructure : To cope up with large orders and the demands of our clients, we rely on our unparalleled infrastructure. We have 2 factories, which have all the advanced machinery and equipment to help us in manufacturing quality inverter welding machines. Other divisions in our organization are designing unit, R&D department, warehousing, and packaging. Our designing unit allows us to offer customized solutions to our clients as per the application requirements of the clients. With the support and coordination of all the divisions, we deliver the products within the stipulated time frame.
