Electromagnetic Flow Meters are based on FARADAY'S LAW OF INDUCTION. A magnetic field is applied to the metering tube, which results in a potential difference proportional to the flow velocity perpendicular to the flux lines. The physical principle at work is electromagnetic induction. The meter features flanged construction and is available with choice of liner and electrode material. All meters consist of a sensor and a converter that may be mounted integral to the sensor or remotely either with a field mount kit.

These meters are also called as Magflow or, EM Flow Meters. These meters has no any moving parts in it, so these very well recommended for food grade applications like Juices, Milk, Municipal or Industrial Water etc. These meters are also suitable for liquids were there are lot of suspended particles like Sewage, Waste Water, Chemicals, Slurries etc.

Electronet seriesELMAG - 200are micro-controller based full bore type electromagnetic ow meters specially used for various industrial applications. These ow meters accurately measure the ow rate of conductive liquids & slurries in closed pipes.

Due to its simple and rigid design, the ow meter is an obstruction-less and maintenance-free instrument in place of conventional mechanical ow measuring devices. The use of 'Pulsed DC' technology offers highest ability and better measuring accuracy in the form of electrical signal 4-20 mA DC linearly proportional to volumetric ow.

A magnetic eld is generated by the instrument in the ow tube. The uid owing through this magnetic eld generates a voltage that is proportional to the ow velocity. Corresponding electrical output is provided with respect to measuring ow range.

Electronet Flowmeters are calibrated at our own Water Flow Calibration Facility. It uses the primary method of measuring the water flow by gravimetric principle. The facility is designed for calibration of flowmeters under controlled and stable flow conditions.

When no mains power is available, a battery powered ELMAG-600W gives the flexibility to install a reliable water flow meter virtually anywhere without distorting accuracy & performance.

ELMAG - 600W is provided with long battery life. ELMAG-600W is extremely easy to use, simple to install into position & no regular maintenance required. The product is engineered for various industrial as well as domestic applications such as 'Municipal & Industrial water applications, Cooling tower water treatment, well usage reporting' etc.

The LCD graphic display provides indication for flow rate & totalised flow with key selection. The display will auto shut off after 10 min. Which saves the battery life. The display can be made ON by pressing the 'enter' key. IT'S AN ELECTRONIC WATER METER

Note :The meter must be opened by only Electronet's authorised service center by means of special tools. if the meter has been opened and seal have been broken, then the meter will no longer be valid for billing purpose. Furthermore, the factory guarantee no longer applies.

Electronet seriesDIAM-151KKis a Loop Powered Bar-Graph Indicator specially designed for various industrial applications where external power supply is not easily available.

These indicators can be used for monitoring various parameters like Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Speed, Level, etc. The indicator is powered from the 4-20 mA loop signal. The signal indication is displayed on the 5 digit 0.3" LED display as well as on the 51 segment tri-colour bar-graph. Range is programmable through the front membrane keypad. The voltage drop across the loop terminals is approximately 3.6 V DC @ 20 mA.
