Electromagnetic Feeder

EFI Electro Magnetic Feeder increase bulk handling productivity with Variable controlled feed rates. These versatile feeders are capable of handling a variety of materials from the finest powders to large, coarse particles. The capacities ranging from 25 to 1600 tons per hour. Capacities vary depending on drive unit location, material characteristics, material density, trough length and width, trough liner type, feeder installation, skirt boards and hopper transitions.
There are no mechanical parts to wear out, such as cams, eccentrics, belts and bearings. All movement is confined to the leaf springs. Electrical components, such as the coil, will provide years of service under normal operating conditions.

Electromechanical Feeder

EFI Mechanical Feeder with unbalance motor drives is economical conveying means for all bulk materials. Compared with other conveying means vibratory feeders have low energy consumption. The vibration is achieved by the eccentric movement of the out of unbalanced weights mounted on each side of motor, twin motor vibrator drives arranged for counter-rotation, provide linear vibratory action, which conveys the product across the vibrating surface.
