EPE Foam Rods
  • Density 0.025 - 0.30 gm./ M.3
  • Water absorption 0.01 gm./cm.2
  • Temperature range -300C to 600C
  • Elongation 20 to 50%
Polyethylene foam rods provide backup to sealants, impart shape & optimize the sealant quantity. By using round section EPE rods, the side adhesion surface area of sealant is increased by approximately 30%, there by giving higher elongation at break.

Dowel Bar Sleeves

Uses :Dowel bar sleeves are manufactured from high grade, flexible virgin plastic and are designed to form a positive deboned dowelled joint in reinforced concrete construction. The use of Dowel Bar Sleeves overcomes the problems associated with paint, compounds, tapes and greases which if not applied correctly can be ineffective. Material Used :The dowel bars are made using virgin LDPE. Use of recycled plastic not advised as it has negligible flexure. The product complies with requirement MORT&H Specification.602.6.5.5..Sizes Available :Presently we manufacture a single size sleeve to cater specifically to the RIGID Pavement requirements.
