The Chickpeas is a legume, it is also known as Indian Kabuli Channa, Gram or Garbanzos. They are high in Protein, Carbohydrate, and Minerals. Chickpeas have a whitish-cream color and are relatively bigger in size having a thinner seed coat. They are generally used in soups /salads or as flour.
Soybean meal is ideally made from high-quality, clean, and dehulled yellow beans, since beans with a dark seed coat, or even beans with a dark hilum, inadvertently leave undesirable dark specks in the flour.
