Leading Manufacturer, Supplier & Retailer of Axial-Flow Fan, Centrifugal Fan and Two-Stage Axial - Flow Fan.
Technical Description The Axial Fan is a demonstration unit for training and experiments in training colleges, as well as in higher education. The arrangement, mounted on a strong base plate, contains the fan with transparent suction and delivery tube, as well as various measurement transducers. Air flow rate, air temperature, the pressure before and after the fan, and the speed of the fan are put out as signals that can be processed on a PC. The following accessories are required for operation: an Interface Module , Data Acquisition Card with Software and a Set of Connecting Cables. This layout makes it possible to record measured values during the experiments, and process and store this data on a PC. The Power Meter is a useful supplement because it allows determination of
Centrifugal Fan Technical Description The experimental set-up is clearly laid out on a laboratory trolley. A radial fan with drive unit generates an air flow in a vertical pipe section. On the switch box on the drive unit, the fan speed, power consumption and moment generated can be indicated as measured values on a digital display. An iris diaphragm, a nozzle duct or a butterfly valve can be inserted in the pipe section. The pressure differences to be measured can be indicated on a panel using three different differential pressure measuring devices.
Two-Stage Axial - Flow Fan Technical Description The was designed for measuring the fan characteristic curve of a two-stage axial fan. For this purpose 2 identical, speed regulated fans are fitted in a pipe. Connections for differential pressure measurement are fitted at appropriate points. Temperature and pressure are measured electronically before and after each stage. A 3-hole sensor with position measurement facilitates the measurement of speed distributions at impellers and guide wheels. In addition, speed and flow rate are measured. For comparison to the fans connected in series, the fans can also be operated separately. The fans each have individually adjustable blades and a guide wheel. All measured data is displayed on the unit and can be processed in other applications by means of the PC data acquisition.
