This cut takes place on the draw stroke & the hydraulically liften out of contact with the workpiece on the forward stroke to prevent wear or the blade & can out metals of all kinds & strength. FEED:Two levers are provided at the pot one regulators the rate of feed while the other enabled the bow slide to be raised or forwarded hydraulically bow raised automatically & motor Switched off on completion of the cut. BED:The bed is of large proportion provided with guide ways for the vice for clamping the material vice is of rigid constructional. One jaw remains fixed & the other can be adjusted according the material to be cut. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT :A direct on line push bottom starter can be fitted which incorporates & adjustable trip mechanism which stops the machine as soon as the blade is clear from the work non productive time is reduced to minimum. DRIVE :Power is supplied by a suitable electric motor through Vee-Belts which are full adjustable for tension all drive mechanism being totally enclosed. SPEED :The incorporation of two-speed driving mechanism allows for the most suitable speed to selected for material being cut. COOLANT :The Coolant tank is totally enclosed in the machine base & a Speed Pump supplies coolant to the saw blade through a stay put pipe & top.

Gear Hobbing Machine model V-300 is designed for the production of precision Spur, Helical, Worm Gears, Splines, Sprockets, Rachet Wheels & any other form that can be hobbed. Its bed & column are of close grain casting & are well ribbed with V-type guideways. The shafts & Gears are made of alloy steels. The indexing worm wheel is of high grade Bronze material. The machine is equipped with Differential Mechanism for cutting helical gears. Apply pressure on the plate by lowering the top roll, thenstart the main motor in forward direction till one end of plate comes over the first bottom roll. Then stop the main motor and reverse its direction so that other end ofthe plate will come on second bottom roll. Repeat the same procedure by applying thepressure from top roll till you get a perfect shell as shown on figure. For removal of rolled shell reduce the pressure of the top roll, make the shell free between top and bottom rolls, remove tilting end bearing of top roll manually and take out the shell, (Please note that top roll isbalancdby means of balancing screw.) Replace that bearing and the machine is ready for next operation.
