We manufacture air handling systems in various sizes and capacities ranging up to 40000 cfm. Our range of air handling units includes Single skin air handling units, double skin air handling units, Floor Mounted, Ceiling mounted and Ventilation units. These units are highly efficient and are known for unique design, filter frame and unique gasket arrangement. Our units are highly reliable and requires very low maintenance.
With our experience, expertise and the state of the art manufacturing facility we manufacture a wide range of Air Handling Units (AHU) ranging up to 100, 000 cfm capacity. Our Design and Engineering team are also capable of delivering any custom project and design custom AHUs as per our clients requirements.

Our complete manufacturing process starts keeping in mind the stability and strength of our final product. We manufacture AHUs in two variants Aluminum Profile and Stainless Steel. The specially designed aluminum sheets are used for the structure of the unit to provide good rigidity and corrosion resistance. The panels are then injected with CFC free foam to obtain density up to 40 Kg/m3. The entire frame is then mounted on a galvanized steel channel base. The condensate drain pan is fabricated out of corrosion resistant stainless steel and insulated on outside with close cell insulation. The units are designed to deliver performance without vibration and noise.
Our Complete unit assembly consists of imported centrifugal fan, cooling coil, filters, housing and insulation. Additional modules such as thermal break with coved profiles, heating coil, face and pass damper, humidifiers and air mixing chambers are also available based on customer requirement. We also manufacture Units with direct drive plug fans as required by the customer.

Uses hermetically sealed sliding doors, to maintain satirically and the correct air pressure in the room, Which requires less valuable space than hinged doors. The door can be operated manually or automatically with microprocessor based electronic automation system. The door frame is made out of high quality anodized aluminum extrusion and the door panel is made out of compact laminated board that can withstand high abrasions. the door will run on rubber rollers and guided with nylonrunner guides which are fixed to the door in such a way that they do not obstruct trolley movements through the door. The controller will be capable of either being operated by elbow switches I foot Switches, radar switch (touch less sensor). All doors will be able to be operated manually easily in the event of failure power supply or the automation Unit.

Our modular operating theatres are equipped with stainless steel surgical sinks. We design and manufacture according to the layout plan of operating theatres. Our manufactured surgical scrub sinks are easy to maintain and durable.
