We are manufacturing latest solid state 32 bit chip controlled Electronic frequency convertors. The frequency convertors are totally static with no moving parts inside. All major controllers are imported from Japan and  the unit is housed In a force cooled ergonomic cabinet with major controls on the panel door. The unit provides user controlled fixed frequency upto 400 Hertz at

Normal as well as stepped down voltage. The panel is protected with  line reactance, single phase trip, current limiter in input, MCB  and rotary line isolator. The solid state computer controlled electronic circuitry has input line choke and fault detectors. The system provides uninterrupted, stable high frequency supply for smooth operation of vibrators and other equipment. The units are totally programmable to provide any combination of voltage/frequency as per your requirement. Housings and all parameters can be adjusted to suit your requirements.

We are manufacturing Bench Rollers for the exclusive use of Concrete Sleeper Industry, and other Heavy Industry. Rollers are made from Seamless steel pipes. Adequate sized Ball Bearings (usually 6206) are housed in MS Flanges for easy replacement and better performance of bearings and shaft. The Rollers can be fabricated as per customers design and specifications. Shaft ends can be squared or keyed. Heavy duty Rollers are also made without flanges, with oversized bearings protected with dust caps and circlips.

• Heavy Duty Bench rollers are made from 12 mm thick seamless pipes (100 mm OD) with 6209 bearings seats machined directly in the pipe and are provided with 50 mm dia shafts
• Bench Rollers are made from Seamless Steel Pipes of 7.0MM thickness in 114 MM and 100 MM diameters
• The Bearings are protected by CI Dust Covers
• Flanges can be made from cast Iron or MS
