These Flexible Copper Flat Braids are available in Bare Copper and With Tin or Silver Plating. Single Wire Gauge option is 27 SWG to 45 SWG.

Above are standard sizes, Different sizes apart from this can be manufactured. Some above sizes also available in Aluminum Wire and in SS Wire.

Multiple strands of bright annealed soft Copper Wire are bunched all at once & then stranded with stranding machines into different cores to get required flexible round rope. Flexibility of the each product can be adjusted depending upon customers application & economy. Core structure of the product can also be changed as per customers requirements.

Typical core patterns are - 7 core , 19 core , 37 core , 3 core X 7 core , 3 core X 19 core , 3 core X 37 core and 7 core X 7 core.

Earth Braids manufactures quality ground braids for jointing kit and termination kit application. These copper wire braided strips are made as per industry standards. Tinned copper braids are standard in the industry but bare copper braids are also available on request.

Apart from customized braided copper wire strip and braided copper wire rope we also manufacture ready to fit easy to install fittings. These copper flexible bonding jumper or grounding braids are available with different types of copper lug fittings like copper tubular lug , copper ring tongue lug , copper fork type lug etc. A proper copper lug is selected depending upon user requirement.

These copper lugs are usually tin plated. The copper braids are available in bare , tin and silver finish. Apart from regular copper lugs and copper braids these bonding jumper or grounding braids are available in Aluminium wire also.

Copper wire braided sleeves or copper tubular braids are available in both bare copper and tinned copper . Tinned copper wire shielding are most common. These sleeves are very useful for shielding cables or conduits. Normally many cables comes with shielding but in some cases different types of cable are assembled together from one point to another or when cabled are running in electromagnetic or radio frequency active environment these cables there is disturbance in network or signals .

To avoid these Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) or Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) copper wire shielding braids are very much useful. They help to reduce interferences and instrumentals noises.

These copper shielding braids comes with or without former in different dimensions. Usually copper braided sleeves with formers are preferred as it makes easy to insert cables into former then pull former out and stretch the braid to fit it in better way.
