This GMP model is compact with elegant matt finish body. Once the bottles are manually loading on the rotating platform, the bottles undergo various stages of external and thorough internal cleaning. There are four inner, one outer and one air wash stages. Low on maintenance, this machine is quite an affordable option for industries that frequently function with bottles.

Semi Automatic Machine with operating system of Manual Loading and Unloading of Bottles. The bottles are loaded manually on the rotating platform on specially designed bottle holders to hold bottles with varying neck diameter. The bottles are placed inverted in the cup shaped holders. For external cleaning of the bottles spraying showers are provided. Solenoid valves are provided to regulate wash timing and sequence of washing by different wash media.

the automatic linear tunnel type bottle washing machine model lbwb-120/240 are suitable for round as well as flat shaped glass, pet, plastic bottles sizes of approx. 30ml to 200ml pack size with maximum speed of 120/240 bottles per minute (respectively for both models) for 60/100ml and 90/180 per minute above 100ml size. Machine construction in fully stainless steel finish including machine frame structure. All parts coming in contact with washing zone and jets are made from ss 316 materials.
