DVPL Slanted seat check valves are so designed that the seating plane makes an angle with the vertical plane to reduce the swing angle and closing time. These check valves can be used in all non return applications. Better closing characteristics due to the smaller swing angle of the disc. Closing time is reduced compared to the other check valve types.

DVPL Diaphragm Valves are designed for water & effluent treatment, desalination plants, power plants, chemicals & process plants, fertilizers and mining. The valves are simple in construction, effective for liquids and gases encountered with corrosion, abrasion, clogging & contamination.
The wide variety of body materials and linings available mean our Diaphragm Valves are designed for use where the process may demand other valves be constructed of exotic and often expensive alloys due to corrosion and erosion. Equally suited to on and off, or flow control applications, a diaphragm valve is designed to handle positive pressures or high vacuum. Due to the wide range of material options it will handle almost all applications within its temperature and pressure ranges (175C max. and 16 bar max.) and as such is used in almost every industry on both corrosive and abrasive applications. All working parts are isolated from the line media which enhances its reliability. Maintenance is a simple task with the body remaining in the pipe, the valve thus being field serviceable. It has linear flow characteristics which makes it well suited to throttling or modulating duties. On/off and control automation is possible with the use of modern compact actuators and accessories.
DVPL series of Double Acting Air Valve are basically a combination of small orifice and large orifice for automatically discharging air during pipe filling and ventilating the pipe during emptying.
The small orifice is basically provided with a float which operates when air accumulates and displaces water from the upper part of the chamber compressing the float to drop with the water level and allowing the air to escape until the returning the water again raises the float to seal the orifice.
The large orifice is provided with a buoyant float which during normal operation of the pipe line is maintained by the pressure in the main in contact with large orifice seating, the valves opens only when the pressure is reduced approximately to that of the atmosphere, which occurs during pipe filling and emptying.
The unique feature of the double acting inbuilt isolation valve is that it is a maintenance friendly valve which allows the flow while in repair . Valve can be isolated from the main line by using the inbuilt screw down valve.
