Nitrile Rubber (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber) is a co-polymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is a unique rubber polymer having excellent resistance to majority of oil and solvents. It is also suitable for use in the foor industry.
It has medium to high tensile strength, compression set, flexibility and impermeability to gases and is resistant to most inorganic and organic chemical products other than antioxidants agents and chlorine. It has an operating temperature range of -30°C to +120°C. Due to its polar nature, we do not recommend use with polar liquids like ketones, ethers and amines.

Insertion Rubber Sheets are manufactured out of natural rubber (also available SBR Rubber Blend) with one or more layers of fabric reinforcement. This provides an inscreased tensile strength and tear resistance over standard commercial rubber sheeting. They are resistant to water, moderate acids, alkalis and salts. However, they are not recommended for use in areas coming in contact with oils and hydrocarbons.
It is available in various thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 6mm. We also offer insertion rubber sheet with BIS marking (ISI markes) under CM/L No. 5022540 on the product. BIS License copy and other documents are available on request.

Natural Rubber is derived from latex liquid extracted from rubber plantations. It has excellent mechanical properties, low compression set and high resilience. It is very flexible and highly resistant to cut, tear and abrasion. It has an operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C and is available in hardness ranging from 30° to 80° Shore A.
They are resistant to water, most acids, alkalis and salts. However, they are not recommended for use in areas coming in contact with oils and hydrocarbons. They can be compounded to achieve superior abrasion resistance for use as anti-abrasion lining specially for mining applications. Rubber sheets with smooth or fabric surface finish (one or both sides) and one or more piles of fabric insertion can be provided on request.

Chloroprene Rubber commonly known as “Neoprene” is manufactured using the synthetic polymer chloroprene or chloro-butadiene. It is an extremely versatile synthetic rubber with proven performance. It has the balanced combination of properties that makes it the best multi-functional rubber sheet.
It has great mechanical and good abrasion properties. It is resistant to heat, ozone and weathering and has good adhesion to metal. It has an operating temperature range of -30°C to +130°C. It offers good resistance to inorganic hydrocarbons. It can be specially compounded to achieve flame/fire retardance. Various grades of neoprene sheets are available depending upon end use/application.

SBR Rubber Sheets are made from Styrene Butadiene and are often produced by blending with natural rubber. It has excellent mechanial properties, low compression set and high resilience. It is very economical and it can be compounded to provide fine abrasion, wear and tensile quality.
It is available in a wide range of hardness from 30° to 90° Shore A and working temperature range -30°C to +100°C. They have good resistance to acids, alkali and salts but are not recommended for use in areas where it could come in contact with oils and hydrocarbon. It is more resistant to ageing and temperature than Natual Rubber Sheet.

Viton Rubber Sheet is manufactured from viton rubber based on hexa-fluoropropylene vinyl-idene fluoride. They have a gleaming and radiant appearance. Allowable variation of thickness is low and all physical indexes are excellent. These are highly appreciated for most demanding industrial applications especially in oil and petroleum refineries, steel works and chemical plants. It is also used in the food industries. With outstanding performance at high temperature these sheets can withstand hard environment’s test. The specific gravity of viton is much higher than other rubber polymers.
The working temperature range is very high from -40°C to +250°C. It offers excellent resistance to aggresive fuels, hydrocarbons, oxidants, chemicals, high heat ageing, high temperature, ozone, vacuum, acid and alkali. It also exhibits good abrasion and tear resistance. However, they are not suitable for use against ethers, ketones and bases.

Diaphragm Sheets are special sheets manufactured with high quality nitrile rubber compounds with 1 or 2 piles of Nylon Fabric Insertion for use as diaphragm for oil, LPG and Solvent Resistant Applications. Nylon fabric are provided as reinforcement and the nitrile compounds ensure longer life in oil applications.
Diaphragm Sheets have a working temperature range of -30°C to +120°C. They have medium to high tensile strength, compression set, flexibility and impermeability to gases and is resistant to most inorganic and organic chemical products other than antioxidants agents and chlorine. We do not recommend use with polar liquids like ketones, ethers and amines.
